WiFi signal very patchy in cottage

It was nice that long life milk, biscuits and few tea bags, coffee, and sauce sachets were left for use. Towels and bedding provided also. No local shops for basic shopping, but gorgeous garden with pond. Cottage was bit chilly in the evenings, but mornings the heating came on as temperature dropped. Comfortable for the 2 nights that we booked for, and good contact with owner who was a very pleasant man wirh his dog Jasper a gentle boy. Got on well with our own dog. Thank you

Warmer in evenings, cottage wasnt particularly clean, crumbs on floor, dirty crockery, and kitchen sides, lounge floor dirty under chairs. No dishwasher as stated, so had to wash all crockery, pots and pans what we wanted to use for our own benefit.

Nothing. However a suggestion could be to upgrade the TV to a SmartTV.

4 nights stay.Lovely quiet location. Lots of birds beautifuly singing. Friendly landlord.Good cookware well looked garden with pond. Ouside Fire place with bbq opportunitie in any weather.

This is not 3 bedrooms as it's advertised,3 beds though ,so 3 Rd guest had to use a mattress on the floor in the lounge . Kitchen tap is leaking both sides. Host agency Sykes is not responding to messages.we have been advised to remove Beding in a bag provided. And to empty bins in to outside containers which have not been shown where they are.

Very helpful and informative and so friendly - then we were also left to our own devices, which was great Great space for kids and lots of toys to play with and they called before arrival and checked on the age of the toddler, so went ahead and put a stair gate at the bottom! Couldnt fault them - thank you

We arrived before time and we get the key

Excellent accommodation, generous in size and well thought-out. The location is very convenient for Lincoln yet is very quiet with outside space to sit whatever the weather. The host is very helpful and very interesting and the dog is lovely.
