The only thing I like is the bus stop is nearby but the buses came at 30 minute intervals, long wait.

I had to call the host to get him to unlock the main entrance of the building and he did it via the internet. As I didn't have mobile data, it was difficult. Luckily the taxi driver called for me. It was difficult to use the induction stove and the heater in the bathroom was spoilt. The furniture are flimsy. The host is quite a nice fellow but he lives in another city. Nothing like staying in a hotel at the same price, which I did in Dusseldorf and Munich where sumptuous breakfast was included. The prices of accommodation shot up during that period because 87,000 participants, including us convert in this area to attend a seminar in an arena nearby.

It was really clean and everything was organised. I have literally everything that u need. The interior was very beautiful

The place was very nice. The host was polite and responsive. We had a pleasure to stay there.

In one of the rooms, the plaster on the ceiling was partially falling off.

The place is clean enough and close to the centre.

- the ceiling was peeling -kitchen was not equipped enough -the men hanging out outside are catcalling and are very noisy.

Very comfortable beds, the kitchen was totally equiped, so I could prepare my meals every day. Easy with close public transportation stations.

Nice apartment near to Essen city centre. Free parking near by, managed to find a space right outside. Didn't see host but spoke on phone to gain entry, all very straight forward considering the language barrier.

Area seemed quite noisy though expected being a near to city centre location.

The attention of the Host, he was very responsive and nice. The appartment was super nice!

Great location. Clean and cozy. Very nice and helpful owner. I will definitely go back there and recommend it to everyone!
