Świetna lokalizacja, super widok z pokoju, super obsługa, super śniadania. Naprawdę wysoka jakość.

W pokojach jest nieco za gorąco, słaby jest ten nawiew i szkoda, że nie ma możliwości większej ingerencji w przepływ powietrza.

Het ontbijt was erg goed en personeel erg vriendelijk.

De boeking was niet goed doorgekomen en er was maar 1 kamer voor 2 personen geboekt, in plaats van 2 kamers voor 2 personen. Uiteindelijk geen probleem maar wel onhandig.

Pobyt jak zawsze znakomity, widok z okna bezcenny, cisza, spokój, czegóż chcieć więcej. Miejsce fantastyczne, wszędzie blisko, widoki bezcenne

Średnio wygodne poduszki ale to w zasadzie jedyne zastrzeżenie nie mające żadnego wpływu na ogólną ocenę.

Quiet and nice views

The air conditioning was a bit loud and I did not need to use it, but it did not seem possible for the visitor to turn it off.

The breakfast was excellent, very pleasant staff.

The room had quite a lot of stains on the curtains and carpet. The towels also had stains and some of them had holes - they looked very used and I left my feedback about it at the front desk.

This hotel is great. Nice location. There is quiet at night, very good sleep. Very good breakfast, but bacon we had to ask.

Beautiul location at the waterfront, lovely bar with really good food and the bar staff is very kind, professional and accommodating.

The temperature control in the room isn’t the best, and you need to call the front desk to turn off the fan, which is a bit noisy. But my experience was completely spoiled by the front desk lady: due to an issue with advance payment via booking.com for one of the 3 reservations (business trip, seven rooms and different dates for the guests), the passive-aggressive reception lady treated me like I’m trying to steal from them, wanting me to charge double for a couple of guests, and all this in front of one of them. Bank statement, app confirmation and more proofs didn’t help. This could have been solved in a professional, discreet and respectful manner, yet it wasn’t. For that reason this was my first and last time in this hotel for business and non-business occasions.

The room was clean and very comfortable with nice view The hotel restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with good choice for both me as an adult and my 8 year old The best part was the behavior of the hotel personal. Always willing to help and always with smile and in a good mood. Definitely worth your time and money
