Lovely clean place and owners were lovely very friendly.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Location was ideal for visiting the Waterloo Music Bar. Free parking,  clean room, comfortable bed, and breakfast was spot on. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is in a great location at the south shore. The rooms are lovely and clean, they offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Leon and Christine are very welcoming and the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here twice and on both occassions we were not disappointed, we would not stay anywhere else now.

Nada. O sítio é péssimo, quarto é péssimo, pessoas nada simpáticas. Não percebo porque tem tão boa avaliação para ser sincera. Por causa dessa avaliação nós alugamos este hotel em vez de outro, onde depois felizmente acabamos por dormir. Não ficamos neste quarto se quer, entramos, passamos 5 minutos ai, olhamos para tudo, ficamos muito tristes, e fomos embora. Pagamos tudo por completo, e nem se quer apeteceu-nos pedir dinheiro de volta, só apeteceu fugir daí mais rápido possível. Já agora o dono também disse que mesmo se pedíamos dinheiro de volta ele não nos o dava. Percebo, porque o erro de aluguer "aquilo" era nosso..mas a pontuação deste hotel não deve ser 8 deve ser 4 no máximo. Felizmente alugamos outro hotel com pontuação mais baixa mas 100 vezes melhor, mais barato, com quarto espaçoso, com piscina e vista para mar numa zona mais calma da cidade. Não aconselho a ninguém este hotel. Horrível.

Christine and leon was great hosts, made us feel very welcome, smelled lovely all throughout the establishment, food was absolutely spot on and tasted really good.

The kettle was dirty along with 1 of the mugs and spoon upon arrival, the bathroom was tiny and being a plus size had to jig around to use the toilet, bed was broken upon arrival but was repaired straight away.

Hosts (Leon & Christine) were very friendly and welcoming. Location of the hotel was excellent, everything was within short walking distance. Room was clean. We had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was beautiful! Will definitely be staying here again, without a doubt.

Was lovely and clean like home from home

What's not to like! Both Leon and Christine were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way and nothing was too much trouble! If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable family oriented place to stay this is it! It's 2 minutes walk from pleasure Beach and south pier. We stayed for 2 nights and have to say breakfast was spot on!! Already booked our return in the summer! Thankyou guys

Fab stay from start to finish You won't find service any better in Blackpool! Comfy bed and very quiet Great breakfast and location was great Free parking and Leon even parked my car for me and got it out when I left Thank you to both Leon and Christine for your fab hospitality

Fantastic couple running this business -left us to our own devices - but looked after us and the breakfast was lovely - hotel clean and modern in deco - had a great laugh with the owners - and they were kind enough to let us leave our cases until we had to get the train back - would definitely book again

Meet Leon on arrival, very friendly and helped me park my car. Room was very neutral, bright and airy. Lady serving breakfast very polite. Breakfast very nice & well cooked. I would recommend & would stay again.

Great friendly owner's, great friendly atmosphere, clean and very presentable hotel and room, great food, although I'm not really a morning eater, but I saw nothing go to waste and heard no complaints. We will definitely be back
