Staff is very bad behave

I was stay this hotel ,i feel thirsty.i like bottle drink ,staff bring one small bottle price is 15 Dhram .Same bottle out side 4 Dhram only also staff miss behave

I liked the location and the comfortable rooms.

The food wasn't to a good standard or a variety to my liking. Coming from a lower star hotel. The food was better there.

The prices are to high for that what you get.

Noisy rooms.

Pleasant staff and near to supermarket and restuarants on the outskirts of marrakech

A/C was not really A/C. Just the hotel heating/cooling coming into the room. Our room was so hot all night. All corridors and reception were cool so the A/C was just not working in the room. The shower leaked all over the floor as no seal on the bottom of the shower door. The light to the bathroom was automatic so woke other person when going to loo at night as window from bathroom to bedroom.

The room was very clean and the location was great. A little bit of feedback on the washroom. The shower rail was broken a bit underneath which makes water drip out. Hopefully, this can be fixed. Overall, the accommodation is a good value for money.

Smelling the smoke and air conditioner doesn't work well.

The location is amazing. I loved the view. I will book it if ever l have a chance to visit Marrakesh again.

Frankly speaking it was satisfying.
