spotlessly clean, fantastic location and our apartment had everything anyone could need. Great facilities, perfect location and nice and quiet.

Really enjoyed the central location, the pool and the quiet setting.

Unfortunately the carpets were not dry from steam cleaning prior to our arrival but refreshingly, the manager helped find a solution very quickly and to our satisfaction.

someone burnt their toast - fire alarms in every apartment went off - very disruptive so we left

The Spa could have been run through with a cleaning product; there was a sign on it saying it had been sanitised, but when I flushed it through there was bits of grit and stuff that came out.

Attention to detail to ensure the comfort and ease of guests traveling with mobility issues was extremely thoughtful from the initial communication and enquiry right through to the end of the visit. The hosts are so lovely.

Location was excellent close to town clubs. A great walk along the shoreline beautiful shops and cafes. Close drive to other towns Eden Pambula, Bega and surrounds. Love the pie shop at Merimbula.

Clean, excellent location - within easy walking distance of Woolworths, ALDI, the beach, the main street and attractions, apartment matched the photos, on call reception was friendly and helpful when we didn't have hot water. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had all necessary amenities. Very nice stay thankyou.

If you stay on the bottom floor it can be a bit exposed in terms of privacy if you have all the curtains open. The sign on the door said to drop keys at reception but there wasn't a reception desk which was a little confusing!
