Location was great but nothing more to add regarding the establishment.

No room service it felt as though we were there but not acknowledged. Pool was filthy and we couldn’t use it. Our room did not have cupboards or drawers to place our clothes in so we had our clothes remain in our suitcases. No ironing board or iron in our room . Beds were uncomfortable and plates and cutlery dirty.

La habitación no se encontraba limpia, tenia suciedad en la bacha de la cocina. El baño y la habitación tenían mal olor. El servicio del desayuno era auto servicio y no tenia nada, los vasos no estaban limpios tampoco.

Yes the property was what it said very comfortable beds all you needed for a couple of night stops.

Location was pretty good. You can't get much closer to the water because Merimbula's CBD is right against it.

A bit of soundproofing wouldn't go astray — for blocking both neighbouring occupants' noise as well as the traffic that accelerates up the hill in front of the property. And we learned the hard way to not drive into the reception's driveway: you WILL scrape (and possibly damage) your car on the steep incline.

Disgusting service. The room was very dusty and dirty. The facilities were all badly maintained and the photos didnt match the reality. Rooms are so tiny and they look more spacious in the images. The kitchen for example is not a kitchen. It is literally a bench with a sink in front of the bathroom door and in the bedroom. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend it and will never visit again
