Location was great but nothing more to add regarding the establishment.
No room service it felt as though we were there but not acknowledged. Pool was filthy and we couldn’t use it. Our room did not have cupboards or drawers to place our clothes in so we had our clothes remain in our suitcases. No ironing board or iron in our room . Beds were uncomfortable and plates and cutlery dirty.

Location was pretty good. You can't get much closer to the water because Merimbula's CBD is right against it.
A bit of soundproofing wouldn't go astray — for blocking both neighbouring occupants' noise as well as the traffic that accelerates up the hill in front of the property.
And we learned the hard way to not drive into the reception's driveway: you WILL scrape (and possibly damage) your car on the steep incline.

Disgusting service. The room was very dusty and dirty. The facilities were all badly maintained and the photos didnt match the reality. Rooms are so tiny and they look more spacious in the images. The kitchen for example is not a kitchen. It is literally a bench with a sink in front of the bathroom door and in the bedroom. Absolutely awful. Do not recommend it and will never visit again

Freundliches Personal und Aussicht.
Der Strassenlärm war sehr gut durch die geschlossenen Fenster hörbar. Zum Glück war die Strasse in dieser Nacht wenig befahren, aber in der Saison wird es wohl anders sein.
Wären die Fenster besser, wäre der Komfort des Zimmers gut.

Did not get the room we booked and payed for, booked a spa room and was informed by staff that the room was not available, they blamed booking.com, claiming the spa room was not on the booking

Brilliant classic family run place. Excellent location - keen to stay again!

It was nice to enter through a door which appeared new and a new breakfast area. Everything worked well. TV took a few seconds to work out the remote control. The bathroom does not have good steam control from the shower so the mirror fogged up.

We provided our own bfast. Location is good if you are travelling with a car. Comfortable beds and nice outlook

We were lucky to have been given a double room which meant a full size fridge and two bathrooms.
The central situation of Comfort Inn meant we were able to walk to restaurants, shops etc
