Code was given in check in email, easy to understand.
No laundry detergent, VERY loud, but I think that’s the location not a problem with the property

Great location, clean, comfortable bed, adequate facilities, perfect for a couple
Loud (due to location), very tiny bathroom with wobbly toilet (not as pictured in photos), no nightstands or full length mirror

Location and view was amazing for the price.
Lack of decoration. Rooms were very basic with only a bed and plain white paint. The livingroom had the only windows so the apartment was very stuffy unless they were open. Zero sound proofing between rooms. TV reception was awful.

It was near everything. The location is great. not expensive.
The appartement was full of humidity we could smell the mold. I was coughing so bad because of it. Things were broken like the door handle for the bathroom. The toilet were not stable. we found a lot of dust so the cleaning was bad. when we opened the drawer in the kitchen we saw fungus on the can opener.
To put it in a nutshell even though the location is great, the apartment’s general condition was bad.

Top location in Porto!
The house had coffee, tea, and all kitchen and house appliances for our use. We appreciate the home vibes.
The bathroom had a very strong odor, which impacted the quality of the overall stay.

View from balcony was amazing.living and dining area very comfortable and relaxing. Great location as the apartment is close to waterfront.
Apartment needs a bit of maintenance. Bedrooms a bit stuffy because there are no windows.

Great locality, close to the historical centrum, nice view from the balcony. If you close windows, you do not hear the noise of town from outside. The apartmant was clean,

Location is perfect
The day after we arrived, we were about to leave the apartment, 2 ladies entered our apartment.
I guess they were coming to clean another apartment but confused.
We felt very unsafe during the rest of our stay, not leaving anything in the apartment and locking all our luggages and stuff.
Yes mistakes happen but this one was very disturbing for the rest of our stay.

fantastic location.
the street outside was very noisy and there was very little floor space for our bags etc also, the shower leaked and the kitchen was pretty minimal in terms of equipment.

the location is nicely located
the interior was not well maintained and things were missing. there were for example only three knives… the door handle of bathroom fell off, floor panels were loose, toilet was not well connected to floor, chair were wobbling…. washing machine did not work…or in under words for some time the here has bern no serious interest in keeping things up to standard

great location and close to everything , friendly and help staff.
there was a bad smell when we entered the apartment like a damp smell, we have had one single duvet for two single bed

The place was nice and clean what made really upset was there we were not told there is a refurbishment going on in the building next door and every day at 8:00am that was so much banging and noises that I could not sleep and relax.
The room was nice and tidy the kitchen was clean as it was the toilet the TV and internet never worked in the first night I happen to find out the actual modem and cable tv were disconnected from the main panel behind a wall not fair in my opinion as on the description said it all worked well but I had to look and get it work myself.

Great location. Easy access and good communication. Good wifi.
We had apartment 3C, It was not clean as we would like it to have. Especially the kitchen furniture. Pillows are too tiny and thin - not comfortable.
