Beautiful little villa up behind town with amazing views over Agios Nikitas. We were a family of 5 and the kids loved the pool and the villa had a good layout for a family with the main room and ensuite upstairs and kids room downstairs (closer to the pool!). Everything was very clean and the owner was super friendly and took us through the property. They also took the time to leave us drinks in the fridge and there were lots of other thoughtful inclusions. And there was a great laundry too which was super useful for us.

The amazing views did come at the cost of a steep climb up to the property (the driveway!!) but the walk into town was very picturesque and fairly quick and we booked knowing about the climb. I did personally find the main room bed a bit hard, but my husband was happy so each to their own!! All the other beds were very comfortable.

Location with nice view and excelent conditions. Good price also considering what you get. Lots of things to do around.

Despite some minor issues with wifi and phone signal, I would happily give this very comfortable and well located accommodation a 10. However, I still can't do this considering the steep path we had to walk every day, sometimes twice a day, which is a bit frustrating after a long day.

A villa built on 3 levels with a generous swimming pool. two large balconies, the swimming pool is cleaned daily, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, a gift from the owner, a bottle of wine and beer. The pictures reflect the reality. To benefit from the wonderful view towards Ag. Nikitas and the seat, you have a slightly difficult slope to climb 30-40 m (you can climb it by car), I preferred to walk, if you don't mind this small impediment, I highly recommend

Location was great as you could walk into town for food, supermarkets and the beach. The villa has fantastic views and the pool was an added extra after a day on the beach, the rooms, bathrooms and other facilities were great. Having a very nice cleaner every 3 days was excellent.

If you do not have a car the route up and down from the villa is very steep. The Wifi was not very strong if you need it for business access.

magnificent view down to the village of AgiosNikitas, straight to the opposite hill and for sunset and on the right side the sea there is no wish left when you see the big private pool for joy and to enjoy the huge space surrounding it, 2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconys, 2 sleeping-rooms, 2 fridges, washing-machine, dish-washer after 3 days more than enough new towels and sleeping sheets are delivered I find as a big service we were pretty much delighted about our stay, 6 minutes to walk down for the restaurant’s 8 minutes to the picturesque beach of AgiosNikitas, 20 minutes for the insane and unforgettable MilosBeach
