We chose this villa for our family holiday and we couldn’t have been happier. Me and my wife visited with our two kids, the mother in law and two family friends and we all had the best time! The villa was in a beautiful location which was perfect for everything we needed. The local shop was only a small 10 minute walk away which stocked most of the essentials for anything further Zadar was only a short 15 minute car journey. We enjoyed the scenic local walks which regularly ended with cold beer on the seafront - perfect!! The views from the villa were stunning, we chose to have dinner on the outside terrace most evenings where we had a beautiful view and could enjoy the sun setting. We took full advantage of the BBQ most days which we really enjoyed. Pool was amazing and the kids loved the play park and games room in the basement. This villa really did have everything! To top it all off the host was exceptional, nothing was ever too much whether it was a message in the middle of the day for a taxi number or recommendations for restaurants he always made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Thank you Luka for making our stay as enjoyable as possible, we will definitely be returning!

Great location, with peacefull surrounding, for perfect relax. House have absolutely everything what you need, for entertainment and relaxation. Host is always ready to assist and fullfill all eventual requests. For grill lovers, there is lovely grill place, for tasty barbicueing. Kitchen is also equipped with all you need, with beatifull bar, for evening cocktails. Pool is huge and offers a great spot for summer fun. In the basement is entertainment center with biliard, darts, ping-pong, table football, gym accessories, etc. Really nice touch. 4 rooms offers perfect matresses and spacious beds. There are also 4 toilettes, with luxurious touch. So, to summarize, I will defenitely recommend to everyone, who has any doubts, to come and got a taste of this hidden gem house.

This villa has got everything, is new and comfortable - the most beutiful place with perfect and clean swimming pool to spend good time with your family or friends. Luca is very nice person , He can help with every problem and tell you about intresting places to go around willa. For me is the best choice !
