Location. Cheerful staff. Wonderful service.

Room access. Our room was the "condo" as they called it. Accessing the room was a hassle because there were no elevators that went up the whole way. Last floor was 6, but our room was 7th floor which meant it was the stairs the rest of the way. We travelled with kids which made it hard to carry strollers up a narrow flight of stairs which was where they stored the cleaning carts. Our floor had a nice deck. But we werent able to use since it was too cold to hang out there. Some of the cabinets and appliances in our room had cobwebs in places so we know this wasn't being rented out regularly. Nice to have a kitchen however.

Convenient to travel Friendly and helpful staff

This hotel is within walking distance from the Busan KTX Station. It is a no-frills hotel where the receptionist is a call away. All the basic items (toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, towels) are there and suitable for travellers just expecting a place to rest. The room I got was a bit small though there were 2 double beds. A bit squeezy for 4 people to be in. However, my daughters' one was much bigger with more moving room. The bed and pillow are rather comfortable and plushy. Floor is carpeted with heated floorboards. Very nice during winter but room can get a tad stuffy after a while. There is no storage of luggage after checkout but that was not a problem as there are paid lockers at the Busan Station. It's very convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Everything is ok for me. Though the receptionist was not there all the time, I can always call to ask about items.

Host couldn't speak in English but was super helpful garteful for that🙏 Rooms were clean

nice and comfortable room plus amazing staff. they really helped me although they were not speaking in English that much! but we managed with google translate!

I didn't like the shower room and shower facility

We got a room that smelled very bad with smoke. The front desk did help me with another room. we didn't get enough towels and requested for additional and they didn't have anymore. We didn't get the towel until next day. The idea of having a big can of bug spray on the desk in the room was not a pleasant sight. After roomservice the bedspread was shoved under the desk.

good location near the train station - spacious room and bathroom (compared with other ho(s)tels in Korea, not with hotel rooms in Europe) - the staff were trying to be helpful even though they mostly couldn´t speak any english

mosquitoes - I don´t know how they were getting into the room, but there was quite a lot of them. - no breakfast options

I didn’t like how there was a room that smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoke room, and the shower drainage was poor.

The room is clean and shower works well. A few steps to Choryang exit but also near to Busan Station. Many convenience stores and eateries around. The bed is comfortable too.

The room is small for 4 luggage. Not enough hooks too.
