The staff were very accommodating.
The facilities were kind of old. The bidet is not working, no dipper and pail provided in exchange the broken biddet. The shower is not working well, the handle was broken and can cause you scratches if you didn't notice at first sight.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning...the first room did not have running water. The mattress was very tired and needs to be replaced. The second room was better. It had running water and the mattress was in better condition. Both rooms need a deep cleaning. It appears several families with children under ten years old live on the premises. The hotel is their playground. This hotel needs to upgrade or loose a star or two.

They were allowed to check in one hour ahead of time.
And the room was located on the basement level with the coolest temperature.
no soap was provided. And one bulb wasn't in working condition.

Bigger room, 10 minutes slow walk from walking streets, strange layout and very long bathroom, friendly and helpful receptionist and security
room needed a bit of paint, problems with TV signals when I stayed there, generally fine, no more breakfast like before but plenty of restaurants around

The staff was very attentive, close to food and stores.
Located in an unlit Alley, very old hotel, first room had water leaks near the windows, very squeaky beds you can hear other rooms throughout the night.

This was the second time to this property ,First was better, Booking.com lied to us and Hotel lied also, The rate I received was much higher than Hotels.com. Upon check in at 1 am which they knew we were arriving on late flight the front desk lady was no help, stuck us in the last room she had next to a family who had a kids that screamed until 6am NO Sleep , The room was a closet, NOthing, we asked for an upgrade but they wanted to double the price on the room when the last time I was there they did it free, Booking .com does not back you in any instance. I mentioned it too them but they gave me a runaround. No mention for the lousy Breakfast was given to us nor coupons ,We already know about it so no big deal it is bad, almost not worth it even for free, so we missed all breakfasts, The Morning front desk lady Joanne was great, she was the best part of the whole place, I wanted to switch hotels and asked for a refund but they said I would lose 50 percent so that was out I had to stick it out Joanne was kind enough to give us a small upgrade and move our room to opposite side of Hotel where it was quiet, I write a blog so this one will go down as pass on this Hotel there are so many more that are better priced and better for where you wish to be and free breakfast this is okay for a family with screaming kids , thats it
