Not giving the Best Treatment for Older Guests (Senior Citizens) and Fair treatment for all other guests. You should give the best experience for every guest in your hotel to boost your Sales by referrals and not the other way around, improve your Customer service.

The staff and security were very friendly and the food was good too

The place was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, whose name I can't remember, was especially courteous and helpful. He was a delight to talk to during my stay. The location was perfect to access anything and everything you want in the city. The amenities inside the room leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, I would stay there again. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

The pool was dirty and the noise coming from the floor above me was intolerable at times. Not too many television stations to watch.

Price and delivery of all foods matched by good taste...No Room Delivery charge was appreciated.

The bed overtime felt too soft...Both of our backs became sore...Needs to be firmer...Early closing of bar and restaurant made ice unavailable.

Food are good. Staff as well.

Hope the internet is good and better in any part of the hotel. Secondly, the pool need a little warm.
