We were allocated a family room which was very clean, warm, spacious and with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were very generous
Despite the central location, it was lovely and quiet at night.
No breakfast available but there is a nice cafe with good value breakfast options located just a few steps away
The silicone in the shower would benefit from being replaced but not due to lack of cleanliness as this aspect could not be faulted.
The remote control for the TV was a bit temperamental, maybe needing new batteries?

Location brilliant owner seen us everyday to ask if everything ok everything was just perfect near town and beach room was clean and tidy

It was a cosy quiet guest house.
Perfect little find.
The host was lovely. He was even kind enough to allow us to collect our cases later on in the day due to our train delay.
We liked everything about the guest house, our only niggle was the shower cubicle was a bit to small for us to use properly, it was just a bit awkward for the larger person, but that has no effect on the host or the guest house itself

I stayed here with my sister and our friends for her birthday retreat. We wanted a relaxed weekend. The Elm Tree guest house has everything you could want in accommodation. The room was exceptionally clean and accommodated all our needs. the beds were so comfortable, and all amenities and the beach were within walking distance. A hearty breakfast was cooked well and very fulfilling to set you up for the day and at a great price.
Sam, the proprietor, was extremely friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made our stay most enjoyable.

Fantastic hosts. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this guest house to anyone who is looking for an affordable, comfortable, relaxed stay in the centre of Weston-Super-Mare. Perfect location close to shops, seafront and restaurants. The rooms are well stocked with tea, coffee and sugar, a fridge, flat screen t.v and a dining table. They have a strong, free wifi connection. The rooms are kept very clean with fresh bed linen and towels. They have a licensed cafe serving breakfasts, afternoon teas, cakes and homemade light snacks with a warm and accommodating welcome from diligent staff willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. All in all a very pleasant place to stay and would be our first choice of places to stay in future.
