Da recepcionista que estava a noite quando chegamos.

Tudo muito bom com excessão do banho que a agua terminou no meio do banho.
A agua quente do chuveiro terminou durante o banho e eu estava com os calelos ensaboados e estava frio. tive que esperar e ligar novamente e voltou mas ficava intermitente.

O Hotel é excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto impecável, limpeza muito boa e a equipe de atendimento foi a melhor que já encontrei em um hotel. Nota 10.

Everything was good at this hotel, the staff at the front desk are very friendly, the bedrooms were clean, the location is very good, and the guy that helped me with my luggage/bags/dresses/etc was very sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't have cash with me to tip him but I would like to say thanks for everything!!

Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, excellent breakfast - great if you need a place do sleep.
Cable TV wasn't working. Hotel has smart TVs and WIFI, but the smart tv won't connect to the WIFI hence streaming apps do not work.
No separation between bathroom and bedroom, so steam from the shower flows into the room and it can become very humid. Walls in the room beginning to present mold.
Noisy air conditioning system. Lot's of in-room lights can disturb your sleep (air conditioning controls, TV, set-top-box, smoke detector all have strong LEDs that can't be turned off.
