my reservation included breakfast, but I opted for breakfast in the room and when checking out, I was charged again, that is, I paid for breakfast twice!! I felt aggrieved, because it would be fair to deduct the value of the breakfast paid along with the daily rate!

mattresses are a bit old, should be substituted by new one. they’re not even anymore. this is a very good hotel, sure that changing their mattresses the hotel will be one of the best in town.

the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, the room was big and air conditioning was good, the price was reasonable
the hotel is dated, the lifts can take a long a while to arrive, it is as though not all lifts are in use, the bathroom was very small, the design doesn’t make it too easy to use the toilet with very little space, the breakfast is only ok with very limited options
