Spacious comfortable room, helpful staff, able to help book tickets and give information via WeChat/at reception, great location close to Tianmen cable car

Le personnel est très serviable et parle anglais. Ils vous aiderons à faire toutes réservations nécessaire (parcs, transport, visites) et vous seront de bon conseil. Tres bonne localisation proche de la gare des bus et du télécabine. La chambre avait un immense lit confortable, la climatisation/chauffage fonctionnait bien.

Problème de canalisation dans la douche/toilette avec une très mauvaise odeur en continue. La chambre n’est pas nettoyé pendant le séjour, les serviettes pas changés (mais je pense qu’en demandant il est possible d’en avoir des neuves). Pas très bonne isolation, il faisait humide dans la chambre et on entendait tout dehors/intérieur.

La ubicación del hostal está muy bien. La chica que lleva el hotel es amable y nos organizó la recogida al aeropuerto hasta el hotel. Sobre el trato no tengo queja. Me sabe mal poner esta nota por eso pero no cumplió mis expectativas el hotel.

No nos pusieron la habitación que habíamos pagado (era peor o al menos lo parecía). Una de las camas tenía las sábanas bastante sucias. Paredes con humedad y sucias. Se escuchaba completamente todo, las ventanas no cerraban bien. En resumen no me volvería a quedar a dormir aquí y no dormí a gusto.

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de las terminales de bus y de teleférico para ir al parque de Zhangjiajie y a la montaña Tianmen. La chica de recepción super amable, habla en inglés y te ayuda a organizarte con los paseos que hagas en tu estadía así como la compra de entradas. Más que recomendable.

WiFi is nice. Really nice and welcoming stay close to national park The hotel owner is really friendly and very helpful. He arrangend all our activities and would always be at our service for answering our questions, giving us recommendations and making our travel really uncomplicated. The hotel is located a bit outside the city but in a calm environment and street with a lot of good food and shops nearby. The living room is nicely decorated and offers nice seating for enjoying tea coffee Deserts Our room had a great bed Really liked staying there.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were perfect, the best location was easy to get to Avatar Mountain and the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, helped us to book a car to go to each place, the weather was good in the last few days and we completed the perfect trip

My Chinese friends helped me reservation the hotel with excellent reception peipei, good English helped us a lot and our trip became very pleasant. In winter, I will also choose Zhangjiajie Edinburgh Inn with my friends

Prima hostel, vriendelijk personeel en ze willen alles voor je regelen.

Es un hostel barato ubica cerca del trasporte al parque. La atencion de PeiPei es muy buena y compensa las falencias del hotel

El baño, imagino que es acorde a lo uno paga. La ducha encima del toilet hace que todo el baño se moje cuando uno se baña.

Mattress are in poor conditions so that you can feel the springs Got no toilet paper, no cleaning was done during our stay. The bathroom get flooded easily. Shower pressure is bad. Staff is of no help giving food/restaurant locations which is a bit too bad

The location was perfect for our short trip to Zhangjiajie city - 5 minutes walking to bus station and 10 minutes walking to Tianmenshan Mountain entrance. The staff was helpful as well.

Pictures are substantially different from reality. Rooms are not very clean and the are old. It was a really hard bed to sleep. The bathroom was not clean and there was no toilet paper and no towels. It’s ok for only one night as we did but I wouldn’t stay more than that.

The room was very small, quite old (the pictures are actually nicer that it is) and not very clean. The beds are very very hard. It is good for one max two nights, but more is too much.

The front room is very friendly, all the tickets have helped us, there are good picture explanations, the location is great, the view is too beautiful, the rooms are well equipped, clean and hygienic, recommended. Laundry and taxi services are provided, which is exactly what we thought

Loved the area plenty off food and places to grab a drink. Not to much of a walk from the gondola and fairly cheap.

First night we had a soft bed and second night we had two singles that had hard mattresses so would recommend sharing a double.

Location was really good, near tian men mountain and around 30min (taxi - 100¥) to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff was available and attentive, but it’s better if you are able to communicate with them somehow in Chinese.

The room was nice but we didn’t have much walkable and luggage space since we were 3.

The hotel is really good and the location is very good, and it is close to the downtown of the railway station and the scenic spot. The boss was very kind, took me to the ATM to withdraw money, rode his motorcycle, informed me of the pharmacy I needed, and helped us buy the tickets and carry the suitcase, which went far beyond the service scope I thought.
