Desde a competência e simpatia do pessoal, que deixam o hóspede ligado de tudo que precisa ser feito para desfrutar da estada, até a localização, em um bairro super tranquilo e relativamente próximo ao Vaticano.

Sehr modern, sehr sauber, sehr gute Kommunikation. Schnelle Hilfe, kein Bettenabziehen, Fegen oder Müll wegbringen bei Auszug-alles enthalten, das spart viel Zeit. Flasche Prosecco zur Begrüßung Sehr nette römische Bar direkt nebenan.

2 Gläser zum Prosecco, bei 3 Erwachsenen. Wenn dies das negativste war, sagt das wohl alles.

Good service, place is very close to the bus stops. You can walk 10 min. to the metro station to get to the historical part of Rome.

Very easy to find. The staff set up a what’s app group with the virtual key and also responded to any queries or questions very promptly. It’s in a great location with plenary to do on an evening. It is a short walk from the metro. Great value for money. The staff we saw were very friendly and on hand if you have any questions. I will certainly go back here on my next trip to Rome and I will happily recommend to friends and family.

I like that it is not far from the city center. It is in a clean area and mostly local neighborhood. There is a market 2 minute walk from there, which has a lot of items. The fridge kept all of our stuff nice and cold. If I ever go back to Rome, I will book this place again.

Too Small, noisy rooms, little breakfast, there’s no table to have breakfast

The room was nicely furnished and perfectly suitable for 9 people. It was very close the the shop and 15 minutes far away from Vatican. The host was very communicative and he/she responded very quickly.

We missed the iron in the apartment and originally we did not understand the the given location is only for key pick up and then we needed to move to the another place where the apartment has been located, it was kind of confusing.

Great location, staff is always approachable and attentative via phone. Clean room, good utilities. Cute balcony and general interior. Very easy late checkin! Would recommend.

Bathroom could use a shelf or a drawer to put belongings into.

The only thing I didn't like was that the walls were very thin, so it was easy to hear noises from other rooms or corridor... But I would stay there again anyway, cause the rest was great

I specifically booked this on the knowledge of what I'd read that there would be a buffet breakfast with a variety of food. Breakfast is served in your room. Its all pastry based. No fruit/cereal/ eggs or yoghurt. I understand and respect pastry and coffee is the Italian tradition . The walls are very thin. Some people stay up late talking.

Great location and very helpful and friendly l staff. The breakfast, which is brought to your room, was very good and was right on time. Good neighborhood to be in. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

There is a window from the bathroom/ shower to the bed that was a bit odd and no way to cover. The building water was shut off for emergency repair, but the host was quick to provide updates and was no fault of the stay.

Apartment was beautiful ❤️ hopefully I will be back soon.

The location is relatively close to the Vatican (15 min on foot) and there are also metro and bus stops nearby. Entrance to the hotel was made convenient with the door unlocking app in any time. The area was quiet even though the hotel is on the first floor of an apartment block. The room was small, but everything you needed was there. You can also make your own tea. There were clean towels every day. Breakfast is served in the room at the agreed time, but no earlier than 8 and no later than 9:30. One morning, by agreement, in case of leaving early in the morning, we received a replacement for breakfast (crackers and juice). The staff are very friendly and there was easy to communicate with WhatsApp messages.

They could inform the clients in advance about their work arrangements - the cleaner's working day ends at 11 o'clock and you are expected to leave your room by 10 o'clock. The walls of the rooms are not sound-proof (even snoring from next room is heard). Also moving and talking throughout the corridor (mainly during the breakfast is served and also when customers leave and arrive). The overhead shower head was not working in our room.
