friendly and helpful staff

good food but pricy, especially if compared with the other restaurants in Sri Lanka

This place is an oasis of beauty and peace in the heart of Colombo. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and beautiful, breakfast is excellent! The perfect place to start/end your trip in Sri Lanka.

The location is perfect! It is near victoria park and other attractions but located at the end of the road so it's pretty quiet and chill. The breakfast and food from the hotel were delicious as well. Our room is on the second floor, with enough windows for lights to get in. The aircon work perfectly and there's a small room to put our suitcases away.

We asked for a quiet room because we are both light sleepers and we had room no.12 (if I still remember - near the staff room) on the second floor. The first night we didn't hear anything so it was perfect (we arrived at midnight and were tired), the second night was horrible, we keep waking up as if someone just outside of our door keep banging on the wall (the whole night). It wasn't continuous but just as I was about to doze off, bang once or twice!! I woke up very dizzy the next morning. Not sure if it was from something loose n caught in the wind or something else

The design of the villa (including the room and dining space) is beautiful. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and very well managed. We felt welcome and well taken care of. It was within walking distance of some of the shops and bars we'd mapped, so the location was ideal for us.

The villa is gated. Although this does make it very safe and secure, it may not be ideal if you are planning to go out late or return after hours.

I tried hard to find something …. maybe I mention the dimmed bathroom light … it could be a lot brighter ;) but it’s nothing

This place was amazing value for money and far exceeded our expectations on how beautifully designed it was! The staff were also lovely and the breakfast was great.

We liked it all! We stayed for two nights before leaving the country, it is a great location to catch the city sights that may have been missed. Additionally, there is no need to go anywhere for breakfast or dinner, the restaurant has amazing food! Staff is friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect place to end our visit to Sri Lanka.

The service and the food is exceptional, which is why we extended our stay. Also, the beds are comfortable which is a nice bonus.

The wifi logs you out a lot which could be improved. Also, the deluxe rooms upstairs are much nicer than the downstairs rooms. I found the downstairs to feel a bit more boxed in. Other than that, it was absolutely delightful.

The staff are beyond helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, as well as the dinner. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and classy. We enjoyed our time so much we booked 2 additional nights. We would stay here again!

Clean, Centrally located and very friendly staff

Stunning serene room in the middle of the city. It has a private entrance, with a small garden and patio, and the room is exactly as expected, really nice.

Could have some more plugs available for charging devices, could only find one free socket, and had to unplug the WiFi to make a second one available.

I liked the staff and service the most, really professional, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big and very clean. The food is really good, especially the breakfast!

the rooms were decorated to a high standard. the property it’s self it’s beautifully designed and also enjoyed having a drink in the bar. we had an early morning tour and they provided us with a pack lunch. Staff were very helpful with recommendations of where to go and explore.

location is about 40minutes walk to the sea front and the shopping centre. however there is so much development in the area is 3/5 years time this will be prime location.

Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely spacious rooms, amazing bathroom and private terrace/garden. Beautifully decorated. The staff are the best!! Arun and the team even helped us out with returning a roomkey to a previous hotel. We had to leave for the airport on New Years Eve and they organized early dinner on our private terrace and waited for us to leave with the taxi before closing up for New Year celebration. Really amazing service

Mattresses were too hard. But I guess that's personal preference.

Breakfast was great. Villa concept and decoration and plants are cozy. It is a clean facility. 5 mins to a shopping mall with tuk tuk.

The room did not have a view, the window sees an artificial panel.

Great location. It has everything that a boutique hotel should have.

The bathroom smelt. As others already commented, you can hear the noise from the bar in the room. The breakfast was the smallest I have ever had in Sri Lanka.
