Decent and clear communication. Flexibility of check-in/out and change of dates. Help moving the luggage. Parking spot for the car.
Location is a bit far from the center, and the wifi was not working.

The care taker asked about my preference & made the BF according to my choice.
If a TV was available & own cofee arrangement on the apartment itself.

Foremost the cleanliness and the care taker was really nice always wanting to be of help...the location too is great 👍 this place will always be number 1 if I have to stay overnight in Colombo.....

It was quite difficult to locate the property due to unfamiliarity of how the building numbers and street name works in Sri Lanka. Also the contact telephone number that was listed on booking number was incorrect. Google map didn't pin the location properly.

Caretakers were good and very helpful.
The breakfast was served piping hot and was delicious.
Location was also good.
Would prefer if the payment is directly taken by site through credit/debit card.
