The place is so beautiful, the garden with all roses, paths and sculptures is absolutely amazing. There is a grill area, the place for kids to play. We had a dinner in the balcony with the view. The mansion is a peaceful place in the countryside. The beds were comfy, we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was ready to help every time we needed.

There is moisture in the room on the first floor so we needed to use heating to minimize it.

It was the best accommodation we could get for this price. It was really close from here to the Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

But be aware that there are some extra charges that aren’t included in the basic price - e.g. electricity.

Great location, close to Hrensko and Czech Switzerland, property is nice, bbq grill, sauna, jacuzzi, possible to play some sports. Rooms are cozy, very nice clean bathroom.

The restaurant doesn’t work till high season. No grocery stores nearby, the road to Decin through Kamen is closed(till Sep 2023), you have to drive extra ~20km, which is very inconvenient.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The rooms were quiet and well equiped and the beds were comfortable. A little bit too delicate for families with kids and there are many signs with restrictions all over the property.

The hosts were very friendly. In the beginning. When it came to checking out and paying for the accommodation, the approach of the hosts was changed to unpleasant. Firstly, we were shocked by the unacceptable charge of 94Euros for electricity (3 rooms/3 nights) this turned out to be wrong (!) calculation and the price went down to still shocking 45 Euros. The second night the water in the jacuzzi was not very clean and it was cold. The kids were very disappointed. This is very disappointing when you pay 73 EUR per hour. The hosts wanted to charge us a tourism fee which was demonstrably included in the confirmation email of the booking. They simply wouldn't want to accept this. In the beginning, we were told that we can't pay by card. We had to withdraw money with a very unfavorable conversion rate and the final calculation from their side was in even more unfavorable rate. After a short discussion about the accuracy of the final price and rate the Sir of the house angrily said that we can pay with the card (in the beginning this was apparently not possible) But the lady of the house quickly took back this option. A short discussion between both of them followed. Unfortunately, there was no option to have breakfast or any drinks or food at any time of the day. Overall, beautiful and clean house, with stunning nature, but poor and impolite treatment and insufficient amenities. Overpriced.

Unique location, house and garden. Close to the highlights of Bohemian Switzerland. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Luxurious wellness possibilities.

The couch (which can be used as a bed) and seats were not comfortable, the furniture is slightly outdated, as is the payment method and receipt.

The room had everything what we needed during long weekend and the host was very friendly.

Very nice place to stay to visit Saxon Switzerland Mountains and other attractions nearby. Wonderful hostess. Big, clean rooms. I totally recommend it.

Very beautiful place for family rest also with kids. Amazing facilities. Great playground for kids, mini golf and other activities. You have pretty much all you need here.

Expensive heating if you need to use. Extra costs which compensate the price and it is same like other offers then.

Very clean and spacious room, very cool during hot summer days. Sufficient parking space and overall feel inside, it's clear a lot of work was put in this place. Location is ok, close to decin and main attractions. There are no shops in the proximity though

Wifi not existing int the room, we had to sit in the corridor to have any connection Soundproofing was not good, we could hear muffled conversations from neighboring rooms and when they were using the bathroom. It was too loud.

Our stay at Bynovecký Zámeček was perfect, our room was big airy and clean and had the perfect view. The garden is absolutely beautiful and there are several activities you can do in the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Not only was the view and facilities amazing and accesible, the owners are lovely people who care very much for all their occupants. They helped us greatly and gave us amazing reccomendations. We will be returning to this hotel next year. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone.

Paulina was my host, she went out of her way to make my stay amazing. From delivery of my morning coffee and preparing the sauna for me after a long day of hiking, I felt like a real life princess. It was exactly the weekend getaway I was looking for.

Great and well sized apartment! Squeeky clean. A beautiful garden to relax in. The hosts were really friendly.

The owners are super-nice, great SPA available for a very reasonable price, wonderful garden and a playground-excellent for relaxation and kids, very clean, well equiped. The only two things I was personally missing were: a harder mattress (I am used to hard mattresses and I found the one in the room too soft) - was still able to sleep rather well though; and a child’s eating chair- none were available at the place and we travelled with a toddler. Despite these two tiny trifles it was an outstanding place to stay at. Strongly recommend! :-)
