la musique beaucoup trop forte à la piscine nous avions en plus une chambre côté piscine donc impossible de se reposer

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Very nice view from the 3rd floor room- the pool and the ocean and the airport landing area Good breakfast and Good food.

Bed and pillow were not comfortable The bathroom drainage was a bit faulty. Guess some renovation should be in order. Too bad, request for Ice cubes comes with extra charges.

Hôtel en travaux, dont le toit terrasse qui est l’atout majeur, sommes prévenus de ces travaux qu’une fois avoir réservé et payé, chambre sans balcon, chambre sans vue piscine mais donnant sur des maisons insalubres. Hôtel très très cher par rapport à ce qu’il est.

Tout Nous vivons réservé 2 chambres pour 7 jours à un tarif plutôt élevé Ils nous ont parqué au fond de l’hôtel dans une chambre qui ressemblait à une chambre d’aéroport Donc grosse déception En plus ils nous annoncent par mail la veille que l’hôtel a des travaux sur le roof top et que ça va taper entre 10 h et 18 h ce qui a bien sûr été le cas pendant tout le séjour J’ai essayé de négocier pour avoir une meilleure chambre mais rien à faire Normalement à Bali quand le client n’est pas satisfait ça s’arrange toujours mais là je n’ai ressenti aucune pitié Dernier point l’hôtel est certes en face la plage mais tous les restos aux alentours sont des restos pour les touristes qui viennent de tout Bali pour manger des fruits de mer Il n’y a rien autour de l’hôtel il est isolé Si vous réservez dans cet hôtel prenez une chambre avec balcon sinon réservez ailleurs

Das WLAN und das Fitness waren Top.

Der Boden war dreckig und klebrig. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, und dies für Bali Verhältnisse. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals auf dem Dachrestaurant war beschämend. Man fühlte sich ignoriert und das Essen war für denn Preis/Portion leider ungenügend.

We loved the day spa and the room was comfy

Staff were polite however service was very slow. English was a huge barrier it should be compulsory to have just the basic English

Breakfast : There was a variety of dishes to choose from (although we didn't eat breakfast everyday because we had to leave early for tours) Beach: Was walking distance, very good proximity and view of the beach/bay was amazing. Room: View of the bay from the room. Spa was great and value for money although the policy on cancellation was harsh because if you cancelled last minute then they would charge you full price.

Room: Bedding was old and stained and was not changed during house keeping. I had to request for a new/clean set of bedding. Furniture was old, scratched, stained and not clean especially the sofa chair. The room had ants so was not able to have food in the room. The room lacked an iron and ironing board. Cancellation policy of SPA - if last minute then full price had to be paid.

Pool was nice I did a spa package which was very good girls lovely. Cafe was ok although the pics of food on menu is not what arrives!!

Shouldn't advertise roof terrace as always seems to be booked out for private functions so no access. One if reasons booked it. However glad only paid half price for my room. Lumpiest pillows ever!! Just seemed to be lack of care around the place, however was only stop off for me for airport certainly would book to stay there as part of holiday.

The beach in this area didn't seem suitable for swimming and such during out stay. Perhaps during other times of year it would be better.

Food is pork free. Beach front, less crowded and staff is super helpful and friendly

the location and check in progress were good.

however, the AC in the room is very old and works bad and it even started leaking on one day. Also the breakfast is tasteless and staff in bar at rooftop terrace wasn’t paying attention to us (we ordered 1 beer and simple cocktail and waited for 30minutes but drinks didn’t arrived) also staff there was jumping around the asian tourists (that had ordered some tasting menu or something like that) and wasn’t paying any attention to us

The staff is very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. All of them greet you with a smile. The pool is not big, but it is very relaxing. The poolside bar is nice, and the Balinese spa is fantastic. The therapists help us to sleep through and relieve our stress. The kitchen is not bad, and while you may want to have dinner on Jimbaran beach, you can get better taste here and avoid the attack of flies. The hotel is close to airport.

The housekeeping is not very generous in providing shampoo and body wash. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but the taste is only average.

The roof top dinner is good, especially the environment. But the food is average for the price tag 700k. Was advertised for 550k, but when communicate thru WhatsApp, it’s 700k.

The mold smell is very bad. Sticky floor is unpleasant.
