New, modern built, but in a traditional manner, spacious, beautiful house in the middle of an olive yard. Two private terraces, one with a view on the olive yard,the other with sea view! Very close to the beach of Ritsa by foot! Very close to the village of Kardamili as well.

It was great to walk to the beach.

Very comfortable , clean, Petros met us upon arrival and showed us our house . He provided his cell phone and was always available for questions. Also the short walk through the olive grove to access the beautiful beach was very pleasant !

It’s just outside of the center of town which wouldn’t normally be an issue. However with the 90 degrees heat, it was not feasible to walk so we had to take our car. Every time we went. Good thing is we had little trouble finding parking in the center of town.

A little outside Kardamyli but walking distance to the town, this lovely place was amazing for the three of us. We got a two bed house and were amazed by the amenities - wifi, balcony’s, terrace, two WCs, kitchen with everything you can imagine in there, ACs and parking. Great decor and style too. Petros, our host, was very nice and communication between us was great. Covid protocols were followed. I would recommend 100%!

perfect little house for 4 people in Kadamili. perfect hand over of the house, very clean, beautiful interieur, entirely equipped kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, functional air cond in all rooms, nice large terasse, balcony upstairs, all to,the seaside, 200 m from the beach on foot, passing olive trees. beach with umbrellas and sun chairs, not crowded in the end of july! just and only perfect!

Amazing property in Kardamyli. The owner is a fantastic, very polite, kind and nice person, that is also managing the restaurant within the premises. Exceptionally clean on a daily basis. Walk-able distance from Kardamyli center.
