We were staying at Villa One64 during 3 weeks in Jan-Feb 2022. That was brilliant time for us and we enjoyed the accommodation and location of this place very much. The owner and his family were very friendly and attentive to us. The rooms are clean, two rooms have the magnificent view to the ocean. The yard is well-manicured and tidy as well with all necessary for cooking BBQ and having a meal outdoor. Sand beach is accessible straight from the yard and there is a wave breaker in 200m left side of a small harbor making it suitable to bathe with the children. Hikkaduwa coral rock beach and Galle fort are in 15-20 minutes access by bus or taxi. There is a fish market in 100 m from the Villa where fresh fish and other seafood are available every morning. We are happy to recommend this place to all who are looking for the quite place to stay with family or friends. Thank you so much, Kusi, Sithara and all the family !!!

We booked the whole floor for 1 night , we were a family , 5 persons , flat was 3 bed room each with bathrr and shower. The stuff was so nice and kind , tried to help in every thing they can , we asked them about the dinner , if the can prepare for us , that was so nice , having dinner beside the ocean waves , with the breeze , just cant explain the feeling . The villa has backdoor that goes to the ocean directly , we really enjoyed swimminh there since no one was there , just like private beach . They helped us at night to bringbsome food with their motorcycle thatl t was a nice ride .

The villa was very beautiful.Our room was awesome. It had a nice balcony with gorgeous view. Kitchen also had all the kitchenware. garden is incredibly nice. There were sea beds and a barbecue machine.The owner and his family were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot in there. I will definitely go there. Highly recommended!

A lovely family welcomed us and showed our room. They gave a delicious welcome drink for us. We booked only the room, but we were able to use the kitchen and garden also. It was a beautiful villa with a gorgeous view. we were able to relax in the balcony. The room was really awesome. Very clean, super comfortable king-size bed,hot water,bathing towels,attached bathroom and free wifi. The kitchen had all the kitchenware where we can cook by ourselves. There was a refrigerator also. The garden is clean and incredibly nice. There were sunbeds, table with seatings (where we had our dinner)and a barbecue machine. The owner was very responsible, kind, friendly and helpful. He went to the fish market with us. As it was very close to the villa, We went there on foot. He helped us to choose fresh sea food. In the evening the owner and his family cooked those on the grill for us. It was very delicious. I had never eaten such a tasty grilled sea food before in anywhere. Thank you so much for that. The Villa is situated little bit out of hikkaduwa. (But I like here more than hikkaduwa because hikkaduwa is too busy city). Tuk tuk takes 5 minutes to reach hikkaduwa beach. If not we can catch a bus on the road which is going every 5 minutes. We had a great time in there. We really enjoyed a lot. They provided us with more facilities compared to what we pay. If anyone is looking for a nice villa near to beach to spend your vacation, don't be hesitate to go there. I will definitely go there again. Highly recommended!!
