Apprtment was not clean. Construction at the entrance. Bedroom furniture is very old. Bathroom water driange not good.

Large apartment, strange multilevel set-up though ?....

Although new 'ish' there were plenty of sub standard fixtures and fittings ( poor workmanship). Exposed wiring to lights, cables everywhere, paint falling off walls, oven range hood missing (just an exposed tube) one small blind across a large window ?, kitchen bench tops split, loose tap fittings, major construction site including rubble to walk through to find front access door. Blinds hanging loosely over back windows to hide the construction site at the rear.

The apartment is huge, the location is excellent. The owner could have been friendlier.

Location was great.

No parking at the site. Hodge podge of glassware butWifi not for a group of seven did not work and host did not care. Counted sofa as seventh bed but not a pull out. No ventilation hood for stove. The luxury apartment not luxurious. Basement wall wet with paint peeling off.

no Wi-Fi and person looking after apartment ignored request to fix. Pillows on beds the worst I’ve ever used - no substance. Too hot

The location was great..

It was dirty, doing construction out back you couldn't sit outside without stuff falling on you. Had two half falling apart chairs and a table that was broke. No place to hang shower head when taking a shower had to place on floor. Kitchen was dirty no hood vent just a hole. Man was kind of rude he kept telling me I had 5 people but only had 4 one was a friend of my moms that lived in Mainz. Missing knob for light in one of the bed rooms hand prints and dirt on walls.. This was not the same place I stayed at in 2018 don't know if management changed,but way over priced for that apartment for two days.. Wouldn't recommend. We found far cheaper and cleaner in Mainz..

The host accepted my request for free parking as compensation for being given a different apartment. The apartment we stayed in was acceptable for our needs.

We got a completely different apartment at a different location from the one shown in the description. It was not as nice as the one shown. No explanation, we were simply taken to a different place.
