Accessible for people with mobility issues. However I would think the sink is too deep for people with mobility issues that may also have issues with their upper limbs. Breakfast was good

Too hot. No air conditioning just a small and noisey fan. No quality curtains Car park underground only said the man behind the counter even though there was a few spaces in front.

This hotel is brilliant. You catch a tram from the main station, and you can easily walk into the centre of town. There is also free parking. The staff were all so helpful to us, very patient at breakfast, made us extra food and coffees etc. And the staff gave us drinking glasses for a little party for a birthday in our group, and chilled the drinks in the fridge. The hotel is very inclusive for guests and staff.

The directions to the hotel on Google maps weren't correct and I couldn't find information about public transport on the hotel website so I had to email them to ask. They replied very quickly, so that was good as I was already on my way on the airport bus!

Really nice spacious rooms, a rare thing nowadays and makes such a difference!

Receptionists and everyone are very friendly. The lady in the reception drew us a route that we can visit. The room is very clean also. Very quiet in the neighborhood, you can definitely have a good sleep. Breakfast is also nice, not giant breakfast but absolutely good enough! Very good experience, worth it!

We loved the concept of staying in a hotel whose profit goes to this integration concept. We would have appreciated it even more if there had been more explanation of the concept either in the central area or in the room. The staff was polite and helpful, but could have been a little bit more "warm" in the reception. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. The mattress was of good quality. Large bathroom. Really cool feature: the tv that turns 180 degrees, to the bed or the couch.

The wifi is far too weak for a business hotel. We could not even listen to a podcast. If you are supposed to do actual work in the room, this is simply not ok.

As we arrived at the hotel we were a little syrprised that it seemed to be further out from the town centre than we had thought, it also looked somewhat characterless from the outside. However the hotel turned out to be really closely located to the centre, probably a 15 to 20 minute or so walk and the inside was probably as modern as any hotel I have been in with the room and overall ambience of the hotel super clean and sleek. Car parking was excellent (underground), staff were helpful, breakfast was decent with good service and whislt Mainz itself wouldnt be on my list of towns to return to or to visit as anything more than a stop over the hotel itself doesnt dissapoint. There are also a number of places nearby to get an evening meal - overall a very decent place to stop overnight
