No backup for loadshedding

House was nice, all rooms ensuite, gas stove, patio and comfortable lounge area

Entering the estate is just too much tedious process each time you get it and out, our agent said Uber is not allowed in the estate only to find out its allowed as long as you provide pin/link, property had no back up lites and has huuuuge cockroaches 😭😭

They need to fumigate as there were huge cockroaches and ants Limited supply of toilet paper-one per room for the entire weekend We were not aware that the villa had loadshedding

The environment is very good and gives peace of mind

For three-day the helper wasn't at the house because of the Saturday holiday

The house was large and spacious accommodating everyone well. There is lots to do in the area.

Agent ignores emails and does not respond to queries. She also did not submit part of the paperwork which made checking in difficult. There is a terrible smell coming from a cupboard in the scullery. Two of the bathrooms had little to no hot water. The splash pool is dirty with algae buildup. No bodywash was refilled in the bathrooms.
