It was beautiful and comfortable!!

There is no Mr Delivery!! The restaurants were fully booked on the evening of the 11th and 12th .

Pedantic security requiring each occupant of the apartment to fingerprint to enter. access only through the far away west gate when the nearby south gate would not grant access. No beach access with own vehicle or on foot, limited to the shuttle which ran hourly and was inconvenient. unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff. unit had a dirty floor and dishes left in the dishwasher upon arrival. aircon had a blue light that lit up the bedroom at night and wasn’t acceptable. The beach that could be reached by foot from the unit dod not allow access to residents of the Zimbali suits.

The property is situated right next to the beach. Close to the airport

It’s clean and safe. The beach and the restaurants. I loved the gate assess control, the security is world class. We felt safe at all times

Nothing! The place was not what it was advertised to be.

It was advertised as an apartment with a garden and seaview. There was no garden and no sea view. The place was small and the kitchen was worse. The cutlery was not enough for the number of people that booked. The parking had no proper lighting and very dirty. The exit and entrance of Zimbali when going out was a nightmare. Security guards stop the car and ask lots of questions, searching your car, checking your ID etc. There should be another way of controlling this, the current one is not visitor-friendly.

The staff was friendly, the room was big, clean, beautiful view, it was more than I expected. I'm definitely going back again

Room was clean and had everything. Modern decor and spacious with heated towel racks

Not full access to Zimbali leisure activities. Separate beach for suite users and no access to Valley of the pools or Bush kids club

The staff were extremely friendly, ever willing to assist. Great Hospitality.

Noise , people in one of the units were not sensitive enough and parties till early hours of the morning, laughing loud , talking loud , disturbed our sleep.
