the room was smelling of mould, freezing cold, no heaters , the stove was barely working, they advertised bedroom tvs but were not working

The unit we were in wasn't cleaned. Tried to contact Rentology to notify them, but no one got back to me

it’s situated in a great Estate close to great amenities and it’s nice and quite. every visitor has their privacy. The staff from reception to cleaning and security staff were fantastic.

Insects, ants and cockroaches. The throws should be washed regularly.

Location is superb, away from the busy city and very quite. Shuttles available to transport us where where we wanted to go around the resort. Apartment was cleaned everyday.

The braai facilities were not available which was unfair because this was not communicated prior to our arrival.

There were sanitary towels left in the bin from what I suppose was the previous guest in the main bathroom bin which had left a bad smell in the room

Didn’t feel like a holiday , staff were unfriendly , no assistance with luggage , no ramps to push trolleys yourself . Felt more residential than like a holiday location .

I am happy about our stay at Zimbali. From the booking to checking out, it was exceptional! 😃 Nozipho was amazing and explained everything, not to forget that she was so quick with her responses💐Our suit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the food at the valley of pools and bushbuck, the fact that everything we needed was there within the resort was a bonus for us.

The atmosphere. I would definitely return. Please keep it pristine as I found it.

too many restrictions. I was under the impression I would be able to walk to the beach. The hour long wait for the shuttle disrupted my scheduling.

The security system is confusing and wasn't well explained to us. 1. You need exit card for whenever you need to leave the premises. 2. You need to register your finger prints for when you enter the premises. Ask security guards about the process. 3. You need to have the card that have all your names enlisted for whenever you go to get food.
