Bienvenue sur la magnifique île des palmiers. Notre maison de plage est située en face de l'une des plages les plus accueillantes de la côte est, avec un accès facile à la plage. Cette maison de trois étages a beaucoup à offrir. Au premier étage, vous trouverez un salon indépendant avec deux chambres, une salle de bain, une cuisine, un coin repas, une terrasse et un porche grillagé. Les deux chambres contiennent un lit queen. Le deuxième étage est le salon principal avec une grande cuisine, un solarium avec un lit de jour, trois chambres et deux bains. A cet étage, vous trouverez deux lits queen, un lit double sur un ensemble queen de lits superposés. Le troisième étage est la suite parentale. Il a un lit queen, un coin lecture, une salle de bain récemment rénovée et une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan.
La maison est entourée de terrasses vous permettant de profiter des brises de l'océan et dispose d'une grande cour pour faire des grillades, se prélasser dans un hamac ou de nombreuses autres activités de plein air. What an amazing property! Beautifully decorated. Tons of space! There were 12 of us and we never felt cramped. Cliff is an a wonderful host! Extremely responsive when asked any questions. The beach felt private as there are no big condo developments nearby. This was the perfect spot for our family! Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at this house. There were 10 adults and we all had plenty of room. The house was ready for us and very clean. They provided everything we needed, include soaps, shampoos, paper towels and toilet paper. The host Cliff, was nice and very response to one small issue that he corrected immediately. The location is great and the beach is beautiful and not very crowded. We would be happy to stay there again.

Plenty of room for family. Clean. Adequately equipped kitchen and everything worked. New/updated kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Convenient beach access.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Accommodations were great, as was the proximity to the beach. Cliff was very flexible with our arrival times and that was very much appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay on IOP in the future.

The house is right across the street from the beach entrance. It has a separate apartment with 2BR downstairs that was nice as a separate space. Something broke and the host replied right away. The decks definitely need to be redone and some of the aesthetics are older but I would certainly stay there again.There are only some older rusty beach chairs. It would be good if the host invested in a bunch of new ones. Kitchens were very well stocked.

Perfect location to the beach. It was so nice to have two separate kitchens. House had everything we needed beside a blender. Very comfortable. Loving was set up for a decent amount of people. Property owner was very attentive and quick to answer questions! Would definitely rent this property again.

My review
My family had a good time at the house but there is definitely some issues if you are planning on staying here. My door in my bedroom leading out to the patio was in bad shape. We had to fix it numerous amount of times. The beach chairs are mostly rusted. The ice machine on the main level is very small. The bottom floor had a lot of issues. The ice machine was completely broken and you also could not get water. Roaches were found in the kitchen. The patio furniture was not functionable . The inside furniture smelled very bad in the basement. The key is hard to use. It got stuck a few times. The bathroom in the basement is very small and needs a new shower head. The night light in the basement room was broken. The patio screen was starting to rust. The bunk bed ladder was broken. The hammock outside is extremely old and dirty.

Perfect Location
Solid house with a nice kitchen and multiple spaces for hanging out. There was easy access to the beach and we greatly enjoyed the warm and distinct decor. Property manager was very responsive to any questions.

Great summer vacation
This is a great house with easy access to the beach. We just chilled on the island the whole week. Called the owner with a a question and he was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

1. House is across the street from the beach and it is a long walk to get to beach, especially when you are carrying lots of beach equipment, pulling a wagon, etc.
2. House had plenty of room. Cleanliness was questionable. Floors were filthy. Some of the furniture was well worn; i.e., the kitchen table and benches had to be covered with towels and a tablecloth at all times because it was so sticky and worn. The sofa was also sticky and we covered it with blankets at all times.
3. The decking is well worn and needs some attention. Some of the steps are broken.
4. Tried to work with the owner to get the floors cleaned and he sent cleaning ladies to clean them. I personally observed them mopping the floors and when they left, the floors were no cleaner than before they came. When I reported to the owner the condition of the floors after the cleaning, he told me to enjoy the rest of my stay.
5. Disappointed with this house. Had plenty of room and the downstairs apartment with full kitchen was great. Also not particularly clean though.
I would not rent this house again.

Overall thou the house was great and we had a wonderful family vacation.

Your home was perfect for a large family, and upstairs kitchen was stocked with anything and everything that you might need for a huge group. With it being the hottest week on record in many, many years, the air conditioners worked perfectly...thank goodness!

Well-loved home!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner takes amazing care of this beach home. A rental with live houseplants in the bedrooms tells you it's cared for. Best stocked kitchen on The Isle. Easy walk to the beach. Our only complaint (and not a dig against the owner or house) is that there is only one common bathroom and it's on the ground floor. It sucks if you have lazy family members that sleep all day because you can't use the bathroom located inside their bedrooms. Or you have God and everybody traipsing through your bedroom to use your bathroom (which describes my week). An outside shower would have been most welcome. There is just a hose. We missed a big screened porch with rockers (most of the other houses have them), but outdoor patio furniture is scattered around the decking outside and it was all shiny new with comfy cushions. Lots of room inside and out to get away from those you love. Owner is super sweet and responds promptly. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Rental
The house was very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was good in all parts of the house, and the furniture was very clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the TVS with cable on each level. We also enjoyed the privacy on the top and bottom floors. The house was also stocked with books, board games, movies, and a blu-ray player, which was great for our group, because we had several kids to entertain. We have no complaints whatsoever, and highly recommend this house.

Great location
The house worked out very well for our group. We had plenty of space to move around, and the large kitchen and eating area was a great asset.
Would suggest adding one or two more TV's to the other bedrooms and the sunroom.
Also, oddly enough, there were not enough pillowcases for the pillows, so I think you should speak to your housekeeper!
The red sectional sofa was a big hit, and we all enjoyed it!
The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The A/C was very good as well!
The access to the beach was very handy, so that was awesome.
I recommend this place highly!

Family get-togethe
Thirteen members of our family gathered from New York, California.. Virginia and South Carolina. We were very comfortable in the house. There was room for togetherness and space to be alone if we so desired The only thing that surprised us was that the 1st floor did not have access internally to the rest of the house. It was okay, because we had a family of four that was okay with getting to us by going outside the house. The house was very well equipped- with lots of linens and towels, a barbecue, with kitchen pots, pans, etc. and a wonderful selection of games. The house was very clean. Access to the beach was okay. Although it was across the street, cars stopped to enable us to cross . Thanks for sharing your spacious, lovely home with us.

Great week!!
Our entire family of 14 stayed here while attending my son's wedding in Charleston. It was the perfect spot! The house is roomy and well kept and the location is great. The only drawback, if you could call it that, was that two of the bathrooms were very small. All in all though, it was perfect for us - if anyone needed a "break", there was plenty of space for quiet time! We highly recommend this house!

Great Vacation
This house made our family vacation perfect! The layout was great for us, especially the two kitchens. And the laundry facilities made all of the moms very happy. Our children and grandchildren had plenty of room to escape when the "togetherness" was just too much to handle. :) And the beach was so close! Oh, and the master suite, well the grandparents got to enjoy that!
The house is well maintained, and contains everything you will need for a beach vacation, except sunscreen.

Excellent House, Great Location
This house is great. It can sleep a lot of people comfortably in the 6 bedrooms and we loved the layout. The upper master bedroom is really nice and private. And the best part is the location, right across from the beach access. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good house in IOP for a fair price. The owner is very easy to deal with as well.

This is a very nice house that is directly across the street from the beach access. This was our first visit to Isle of Palms and we'll be back again.
My only down problem was that Palm Blvd is really quite busy during the day but even though we did not have a close cross walk, if we had a group of folks ready to cross there would always be a driver who stopped and motioned us across. I first thought that the location might be noisy but it really wasn't.
The owners have really put a lot of personal touches into their inside and outside landscaping such that you feel you are visiting a friend and not just another rental property.
We intend on renting again but it might be a year or so for our extended family to get back together for another reunion.

This was a very nice place with easy beach access. It had great parking, beautiful yard, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 14! Some of the outdoor furniture could use some repair. Owner/manager was responsive to our needs.
