The breakfast and room were lovely. The location was perfect and walking distance for shops and restaurants.

We were happy with everything - no complaints or dislikes.

We walked over the bridge to The Granary Restaurant, Molesworth street for breakfast for half the price. Comfortable beds

Upon arrival the owner didn't seem welcoming. Was offered breakfast on arrival but didn't see a menu at the property ?Owner was keen to pay her directly, in the hallway of the property there was certificates of award winning breakfast proudly on show. nothing in the room of the folder of breakfast and what they offer so none of the wiser of its contents £12.50. (only pictures on booking site.)

Immediately on arrival, we were blown away by the property and the warmth of the hosts. This house itself is stunning, it is very rare to find such a beautiful property and the rooms are immaculate. We both had a very peaceful night sleep which was brilliant, the bed was very comfortable. The perfect place to stay to explore Cornwall. We were so lucky to stay here for the weekend. The breakfast was superb, very talented chef with an eye for detail. I unfortunately have celiac disease and I am so grateful for how well they looked after us with gluten free demands. I will be recommending this to my family and hope to visit again soon.
