A lovely spacious apartment and nice bathroom, kitchen and other areas.

The two single beds advertised turned out to be a daybed with a pull out bed underneath which would have been useful to know in advance. Would have been more useful for one of the sofas to be a sofa-bed instead. Also there was no recycle bin which was very disappointing.

Very clean, spacious and well facilitated. It felt like home, we had everything we needed.

Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee and tea sachets to get us started on arrival after the long journey.

Location was great, apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Parking - Required driving through a pedestrian area through the centre of Keswick (on a bank holiday) to access parking. There is a long stay car park behind which you can use - We opted for this after the first day as it was easier but cost us £30 in parking.

Location of the cottage is excellent, literally right by the town centre. Plenty of facilities and place was kept clean.

The outside of the cottage and staircase area could have been more clean. The washing machine was mouldy and kettle lid has degraded.

The property itself was fine and mostly had the needed accessories. Bed comfortable, good shower, well equipped kitchen.

The location, the directions could have been better by mentioning that you had to drive in a pedestrian area. We turned back twice thinking we had gone wrong after being shouted at. The pub by the letter box encroached on to the road making an already tight turn even sharper. Two missing items that I would expected, a fan and a proper velux window pole, not difficult to replace, rather than a pole with a hook on the end. It was difficult to close the window l.
