Staff were very helpful and breakfast served was good.

Room could've been more cleaner esp the bathroom. Towels need to be replaced already.

i just like the location apart from that there’s nothing likeable except for the staff that are attentive..

the facilities are old, the smell in the room are vintage, the bedsheet has a blood stain, you can feel itchiness when you lay down in bed i think there some bugs. Limited outlet.

I like the free breakfast. Fast serving. Good choices of food.

Good location, at the busy center, very near Session Rd and SM Baguio; breakfast selection is limited but tastes good; strong WiFi (if you're doing remote work)

we arrived at 12 nn and we got the room at around 3 pm because of no availability of pillow case. the shower head is broken.

I chose this hotel again mainly for its location, and as usual, it didn't disappoint. It was easy to get a cab from here, plus it was walking distance to a lot of places I'd been planning to go to. My room was clean and cozy, so I had a great sleep each night. Pillows were perfect for me, and the blanket was thick enough to keep me warm. I also liked the TV, which looked new and had cable. And, the hotel granted my wish to have a table where I could write. Breakfast was also included, which I really appreciate. Great value for money, overall! I will definitely come back.

Towels are kind of old, but I really don't mind because they were clean and smelled good. But if they could get new ones, then it would be even better.
