Everything went as expected, good communication with owner, easy check in/out in person. Apartment with everything we need, calm and quiet location.Parking car space was very convenient. Kids playground in front of building. Near by commerce.

Large and clean apartment, located on the main street. The carnival cavalcade stopped right in front of the building. Also had a parking garage.

This is a modern, comfortable apartment that is very well equipped for self catering and independent travel. The apartment is in a secure wing at the back of a complex with a park across the road out front and private car parking underneath. Location is a relatively easy walk (about 10 minutes up a slight slope) to the old town, with several cafes and bars nearby. There are minimarkets in close walking distance, or larger supermercados within 5 minutes drive. The location is also good for accessing major roads (a couple of minutes of easy driving) for day trips around Arcos. The apartment is very comfortable with very good air conditioning (very quiet and effective), bedding, hot and strong shower, and lots of food staples provided. Manuel is a kind host who was very punctual about arrangements for check-in and check-out. The apartment was the best value for money we have experienced in our 5 week trip of Southern Spain (10 properties).
Although the apartment was relatively quiet there was some road noise at times. As English speakers, communication with our host was cumbersome at times, and there were no instructions for appliances in English. Parking was also tight for our Renault Clio.

At the time of check in and check out, host appeared at just requested time. It was great help to traveler.

Miguel and his wife were perfect and very flexible as we changed our arrival time at last moment. They didn't say that the breakfast is included but there are so many attentions that ypi can have breakfast. We never have booked such a great place for so few money it is incredible.

Great location, reserved underground parking, super clean, comfortable beds, great facilities. Even some additional treats for breakfast and a few beers to boot. The location was perfect, 5/10 minutes walk to the parador and those great views. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Host was great, very helpful and kind.
Nothing to be honest, it was a great economical option for us, 2 adults and 2 young children.

This is a great apartment. Spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped with everything you could need. Well located at the edge of the old town and across the street from a pretty plaza with great views. Walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. The apartment also has a garage which is very convenient. We can't say enough about the hosts, Manuel and Antonia. They were so helpful and kind, showing us how to use everything in the apartment, providing breakfast treats as well as some drinks. An excellent place to stay in Arcos de la Frontera.

Our host greeted us warmly, helped us to find the private parking and showed us round his spacious, immaculate apartment with courtesy. He provided breakfast snacks and delicious treats. It was close to all the historical areas and good restaurants. A winner.
