Hotel como alternativa de parada para viagens maiores e estivemos na 4a estadia com a mesma satisfação. Staff muito solícito e o café da manhã estava bem completo e com tudo muito fresco.
O estacionamento é um pouco difícil de manobrar e o valor da diária pode oscilar muito com base nas experiências passadas.

I didnt have breakfast but the place was nice and clean. very modern and private but with a big window and city view. great value
netflix required login i didnt have, minibar was not stocked, and lacked small touches like kleenex in the bathroom but overall im very satisfied with the stay

Check in took way too long, about half an hour. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Bed sheets had some stains. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were of the cheapest kind. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff did their best from the start
The room was peetty clean
The location is super good
We arrived in a storm..there were problems from the start , the elevators and the a/c didn't function and no hot water for 2 days ..due to power failure caused by the storm, and we don't blame it all on the hotel.
but the bathroom door didn't close ,
The card key didn't function from day one to the last day.
only one towel in a double room and we have to go down 5 floors on the stairs to get extra towels and change the horrible pillows , the frigobar was empty and we have to go down 5 floors again to get drinks and anything basically , the last day we went down to get some water and softdrinks and believe it or not ..their fridge had no water and when I asked them if they can refill the fridge they said there'sno water until tomorrow 🙄 there was this lady checking-in who was shocked and said how you don't have water I have kids 😳
That was really crazy ..next morning we checked out and seriously never going back !!!

Elevator broke down due to storm (this was ok). The REAL issue is that the neighbors behind the hotel party until late at night making a lot of noise.
