We arrived with the bus des neiges from nice and the apartment is literally 3min walk from the bus stop. We arrived earlier than the check-in and the lady who own the apartment stored our luggage, which was really convenient and we went skiing for a couple of hours! We did the same for the check-out. She also recommended a good ski rental shop where we could leave our skis overnight. She was always available to answer our questions and so nice and welcoming. The flat had everything we needed and comfortable and the view on the mountains from the balcony was amazing. The flat is 3min walk from the shops and restaurants and is right on the slopes so we could go skiing straight away.
The entrance of the building is a bit old, you can feel that most of the buildings in the resort would benefit from some kind of refresh. But then the host is so lovely and everything is so convenient and easy that it doesn’t really matter!

close to the slope and very clean. the lady was very pleasant and welcoming.
impossible to contact the lady because of lack of network. Not enough details to identify location when network is down which happens often.This is not acceptable. spent hours looking for the property and eventually found it only thanks to helpful friends who knew the lady! Unacceptable!
the front door handle was broken which meant that the lady had to stay in our flat while we were out eating or we could not have re entered. a disgrace!

Property owner was SUPER - she helped us to find the apartment in the dark during off-season. We speak no French and she was able to help us in basic English which was amazing. We weren't picky about where we stayed as it was the off-season and everything was closed. This apartment turned out to be exactly what we needed for the night. I slept in the bunk bed and (as long as you're short) and my husband slept on the pull-out couch - both were more comfy than you'd expect at first glance.
Be aware that linens are extra - I didn't realize this on booking (though it may have been there and I missed it). This isn't actually a 'bad' note, just an FYI if you're booking.
