Amazing chalet . Very comfortable. Lovely view. Sociable space. Comfy beds. We had a great week.

This is a well appointed chalet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroooms.

On our arrival, noone was there to meet us. We contacted the owner and no one picked up. We then called booking.com and had no success with them either. After waiting for about 1,5 hours we were finally let in. The property was dirty, there was dust in the furniture and doors, the kitchen was greasy everywhere and so were the pots and pans along with the utensils. It was rather shocking and we had to wash everything before use. The furniture in the chalet is very old and it looks cheap and unkempt. The beds at the chalet were most uncomfortable, the beds were tiny double size and the mattasses were awful. We had the most uncomfortable sleep all week that we stayed at this chalet. The bedding was provided but it was very old. The bedsheets did not fit and we were given very old towels. There were no instructions at the property in English, everything was in french. On departure, nobody came to collect the key at the time that we needed to leave even though we explained that if we leave late, we would miss our flights. Eventually we had to leave the key in the postbox. The rooms inside the chalet have very little insulation so you can hear people speaking to each other when in the bedrooms and if you are in the bedroom and the persons speaking are downstairs in the lounge. We did not feel welcome at this Chalet and would not recommend it. To get to the slopes we had to drive, there is no ski to door at h thy is chalet.

Perfect location easy to reach the slopes with a lift from the villa, view awesome, you may make ski break on the villa terrace and back to ski, spacious living room with a fire place what is great, four separate bedrooms with three bathrooms good for four people if they are relatives probably more but for us ad five singles was a bit embarrassing. Two bedrooms are with140 wide beds and two with single beds plus two additional mounted beds. Kitchen almost fully equipped lot of utensils only remarks no Kaffee mashine except for American Kaffee garage spacious even for two cars and ski equipment

Old outdated furniture , beds and cupboards old fashioned, probably 50 years ago were perfect not today must be changed, only four completes of linen neither one with same color neither one white. Cleanliness far from good dust everywhere. Poor wi fi connection was told from an tenant agent that there is no wifi and we try to repair with reseting the router. Hot water are preset to get only after 10 PM and with communication with the tenant was told that in france people are taking shower only in the evenings. And the worse things is that the lady responsible for contact with us forgot to tell us hoe to switch the boiler on. So we had a hot watet only from 10 PM and a bit in the morning from the second day. Check in from 4 till 8 PM and check out from 8 to 10 AM very shot frame especially if you have an early or late flight. So we have to check out a day before to pay for seven and sleep for six night just because the check out person did not tocheck out us early in the morning Contact person not answering on our calls on time.we have problem to contact her. The tenant must consider finding a proper person for housekeeping. And the worse thing is that after showering there is leaking in the living room. Must be repaired by plumbers. We did not complain because it was useless. The tenant was far away and the housekeeper lady explain that she is not available from Monday to Friday.. 2000 e for six nights is exaggerated pprice for so many remarks. It would deserve the price if they change the furniture, put the white linen, much Beter hygiene have a stable Wifi more international tv chanels some media devices more tolerable checkin and out frame and new housekeeper this advert is not good for booking, too.
