Excellent option: VERY comfortable bed, spacious room and a very cool decoration. All amenities needed at the kitchen, alongside with a hot shower and cozy ambiance. Would come back for sure to spend more nights and explore more of Del Norte. The location was also great to get access to the Sand Dunes National Park, only 40 minutes drive from the lodge to the entrance of the park.

Spend more nights in the next trip.

very unique and cozy! The owner was very pleasant to deal with and provided us a kind and welcoming stay! cool decor and comfy beds with lots of pillows. Had a great vibe!! Provided drinks and an upfront want to keep us happy as a guest at this awesome establishment!

Comfortable stay between Great Sand Dunes NP and Pagosa Springs or Gunnison. Friendly owner, and interior design background put to good use! Clean.

We missed a table in our king room. Heating/cooling works but as a system inefficient/a bit “yesterday”.

When we pulled into the motel lot, we were a bit skeptical, as no one else was there and the exterior of the rooms was very old school. However, when we opened our room and saw the modern, carefully renovated and updated facilities, we were very pleased. It was a great and comfortable room. Breakfast was wonderful, served out of a small retro camper across from the lobby. Breakfast is not included within the price of lodging, but the burrito was terrific, and it was so convenient to just walk up to it and order and eat in their lovely courtyard.

The motel could use a larger sign on the front of the building to help locate it, as initially it appears very nondescript.

Wish more light in the room

The bed was especially comfortable. I was able to watch a couple of mediocre movies I would not have seen otherwise.

I would need an instruction manual to fully appreciate the room. The contactless check in requires some waiting around.

loved everything about it, spacious, clean, cute, outdoor patio area was awesome.

The only thing that we didn’t like were the pillows. Just to hard and dense.

Staff friendly and full of information.... Beautiful area, lodging was heaven, mattress soft like clouds, blankets cozy. Big shower with soft towels. I love...love everything about this place. Thank you Lauren for a relaxing weekend and letting our family staying in your home.

Management was friendly and the rooms were great! My only complaint would be the gravel parking on the street side where most of our rooms were. We were traveling on motorcycles and the grade and gravel in this parking area made it a little tricky for some riders.

The property was an entire vibe. So clean, very well kept, and updated. Adorable decor, felt very safe, and super easy access to get in your room with using the key code pads.
