Studio privé - Adorable! Parfait pour une ou deux personnes. Les doubles portes françaises s'ouvrent sur une petite route privée non pavée avec votre propre coin salon extérieur pour se détendre avec un bon livre et votre boisson préférée ou manger en plein air. Nos voisins des deux côtés fournissent de beaux jardins fleuris - tellement bon d'eux! Cette unité a une petite kitchenette, la salle de bain dispose d'une douche carrelée, un lit de repos mis en place comme un canapé confortable qui devient deux lits jumeaux (alias un roi) ainsi qu'un canapé-lit pliant.
Vous êtes niché dans le charmant village de Suttons Bay à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques, des restaurants, de la plage, du Tart Trail et situé dans le centre du comté de Leelanau.
Leelanau abrite le parc national Lakeshore de Sleeping Bear, le centre historique de Leland Fishtown et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée, de vélo et d'exploration. Les terrains de golf sont en bon état et le comté compte plus de 25 établissements vinicoles pour visiter et déguster des vins locaux. Traverse City est à 18 miles si vous avez envie d'un peu plus d'action. La scène culinaire y est vaste et diversifiée.

Lovely spot with a bedroom, kitchenette and bath. Short walk to restaurants and small beach area. Within 30 minute drive to Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bay Dunes

We loved the proximity of the apartment to all the restaurants and shops. Also very easy drive to Leland and all of the area wineries. Nice secluded area off the alley behind the st Mary’s street. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property was exactly what we hoped for for our weekend in Suttons Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and downtown shopping.
The studio is just the right size for a single or couple.
The queen bed was wonderfully comfortable, dressed with nice linens. The kitchen appointed with everything we needed to have breakfast or dinner at the cafe table in the corner. Plenty of hot water in the nicely remodeled bath, and fluffy cotton towels.
Parking is right outside the door. Room for 2 small cars, and still large enough for our full sized van.
We would have loved to take advantage of the inviting outdoor seating area surrounded by flowers, but it was just too hot out. So pretty to look at though!
I want to take a moment to address a previous review that said there was mold. There is NO MOLD. For the 25% of the population that carries the HLA-DR gene variance (like me), this is critical info! I brought my portable ozone machine with me (just in case), but did not need it. The room was clean and fresh, with not even a hint of mold. (and trust me when I tell you, as a mold survivor, I have a nose like an ant eater. ;-) ) So, book with confidence, knowing you will find only a clean, fresh studio awaiting your arrival!
All in all, it was a delightful stay! We are already looking forward to returning next year. :-)

A very nice property! Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen nicely equipped . Loved the town and surrounding areas. We would go back again. The owners were very helpful and clear with their directions.

We absolutely loved the location-convenient to almost everything in Sutton's Bay! We loved sitting out in the little garden area. It was very quiet and private.

This was a great location and owners were very responsive. The decor was lovely though the space does have a significant mold issue. My allergies/asthma struggled with that and we couldn’t spend much time there other than to sleep. Again - while it’s lovely, if you have allergies may be a challenge to stay here.

Location was perfect. Walk to everything in Suttons Bay. Log weekend stay for a wedding at a nearby barn venue only 7 minutes away. The studio was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. More space than expected for the two of us, really nice new shower! All amenities were great. Host was wonderful. It was fun to walk to local restaurants for meals, the shops were high end, and the lake provided incredible views and hikes. We loved this stay.

The Buzzard’s Roost was centrally located to all the areas we wanted to visit from Northport, Leland, Suttons Bay to Traverse City. We visited the area to rock hound and celebrate our 26th anniversary. I was especially pleased that we were only a short drive to Leland. Parking directions were spot on and check in was a breeze. Perfect size for two people that needed a place to rest at night!

What a charming little crash-pad! It worked perfectly well for me, as a solo traveller. Holly was responsive and professional. Plus, Suttons Bay is a delightful place. All in all, a big winner.

The guest house in Sutton's Bay is lovely and the host was superb! The property was very clean and well supplied with towels, glassware, coffee pot/Keurig, etc. Very welcoming unit! We have been visiting the Leelanau Peninsula for over 30 years and used this guest house as our home base.

This is truly a GEM!!! This had everything we needed for a four day getaway. Very cute, clean, large, and located one block from the Main Street. The studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Sutton’s Bay. The location was convenient for walking into town and the marina where we had our boat for the week. Very clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay.

This is a great property from which to explore Suttons Bay and the Leelanau Peninsula.The property is attached to a main house whose occupants were respectful of the peace and quiet of the rental. The property was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to rent again or recommend.

We came to the area for wine tasting and a weekend of relaxation. We are so grateful we chose Holly & Jerome's property. Holly's responsiveness was gracious and immediate, every single time I asked a question. She even arranged for Jerome to go buy a tea kettle when I asked about whether there was one in the unit! Instructions for accessing the unit were clear and the walk into town was just a few blocks - very easy. The unit was well-appointed and had everything we needed and that you'd expect a hotel suite to have (hair dryer, coffee maker, soap & shampoo) plus an extra treat left in the fridge for us: a bottle of bubbly. We had a lovely time!
