Excellent Location - a Walk to the Track or Broadway
Le charme de Saratoga rayonne à travers ce bungalow artisanal familial et convivial de l’est. Cette maison se trouve à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de l'entrée principale de la piste et à 10 minutes à pied de Broadway et du parc des congrès. Cuisine récemment mise à jour et rénovée. Sols en chêne, plafonds à caissons, comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, intérieur lumineux et espace de vie facile à vivre. Le porche est un endroit idéal pour prendre un livre et une tasse de café ou pour se divertir les nuits du printemps, de l'été et de l'automne.

was perfect for our family of 4 and Adam is a fantastic host. The home is quintessential Saratoga. If looking for a charming, easy to live-in space for your trip to Saratoga, I highly recommend Adam's place.

We had a wonderful day. This house was a perfect size for my family of five and everyone was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and the communication with the host was excellent! The location is perfect.

Location was ok but not ideal. We had to drive everywhere except the race track.
The first level of the house was in ok condition. The upstairs was very old and looked like no work was done since house was built. The entire house shake just by walking around the upstairs level.
The add shows the backyard has a grill but the yard has not been clean in a very long time and grill was not functioning.
The coffee maker was very old and did not worked. We communicated this to owner and he brought filter but that still did not worked.
The towels were original white but they were so old the color had already fained, they look more like brown.
The furniture in the porch was dirty and very old.
Our smoke alarm went off and owner came to the house right away, this was very nice of him and appreciated the quick response.

We stayed in home with son from Las Vegas and 2 granddaughters from Pennsylvania. Another granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren live in Gansevoort and came over to be with us. Because it rained the whole time we were there, we happily stayed in the house all day. Nice toys for the young children, very well equipped kitchen, wonderful furnished front porch. A sweet little cottage that served us very well. Would recommend a grab bar in the tub for the benefit of seniors.

Overall a nice place to stay. The only drawback is it only having one bathroom. We made it work and had a great stay!! Close enough to walk downtown with absolutely no issues! Host answered messages immediately! Thanks Adam.

The house is adorable and well located, would definitely be a great place to stay for the horse track as well when in season. I especially loved the covered front porch for coffee in the morning. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, tv and living room all good. Would stay again

The house was extremely clean and had any amenities you would need. It was an easy walk to the heart of Saratoga and a short drive to all the other beautiful places there are to visit. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Spent most of our time on the front porch since the weather was so great. We were so close to everything, including the racetrack although it is pre-season. Would love to come back to see a race somethime.

My cousin, brother, and I had a lovely time in Saratoga for a weekend. The house was great. Clean, perfect location, and exactly how it appeared online. I am going to tell friends and family to rent this house if they ever want to spend a weekend in Saratoga!

This property was immaculate and the decor was stunning yet cozy. Porch was the fave spot even with the cold weather. Many laughs and a much needed weekend getaway with girlfriends. Would, and hope to, return with my family and definitely want to repeat this trip with my friends. Exceptional place for a cozy time.

My husband & I visited my family & friends in Saratoga and had such a good time. My sister stayed a few nights with us and loved the house too. We had a small catered luncheon for six and there was plenty of space for all to get comfortable. One day it rained & snowed but it was perfect for a movie marathon. The house is conveniently situated to Broadway & shopping & restaurants & not to far from excellent hiking trails. It is so always appreciated that where we stay is well kept and it's obvious that Adam wants his guests to feel at home. Thank you Adam!

4 moms needed a weekend away to shop, talk, and relax! We had everything we needed and Adam was quick to respond to our questions. The property is very clean, comfortable and best of all, walking distance to town! We had a fantastic weekend!

We stayed here due to the convenient location between Gore ski resort and Albany. Saratoga Springs was super cute, lots of great restaurants, and the house was perfect for a short stay for a fam of three.

Saratoga Springs is full of history and great architecture. A little gem.
This house was a great setting to return to each day after exploring. Happy hour on the porch each evening wrapped in blankets provided. We’d love to come back during August race season!

Great Getaway
A wonderfully comfortable house with a superior location. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown past charming homes. Simple, yet cozy and appealing interior. All the amenities I could ask for. Very clean, neat and orderly. I am planning on returning during some warm weather. A great find!
