Electricity on n off so frequently. Limited menu despite availability in kitchen No guard pool side No swimming safety equipment

The room was of good size. They had beautiful views all around.

Breakfast was not that good. Travelling to the old city could be an issue.

The location was good and the resort was neat and clean but I don't think it's a resort, it's more of a hotel kind of a thing. I've been to udaipur for more than 20 times and I've stayed in many different resorts and this was the last one I would ever go again

The staff was really bad. Service was extremely poor. The staff had no manners at all while they misbehaved many times.

The cottages were very nice and bathroom is spacious with excellent open to sky bubble bath. Very quick service and response time to any demands. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location of hotel is also very nice with monsoon palace entrance at walking distance Breakfast is very nice and there is high tea in evening which we loved. We enjoyed the folk dance show and adventure zone was the best part. We wished we would have stayed more than 2 days. They arranged birthday cake from their side at midnight for my sister and the cake was lovely

The cottages outside area is shared between 6 rooms which is little congested.
