Second time here. Great Location and everything thought out.

The apartment's cosy, equipped with everything you would need and also it's exceptionally clean. You can sit at the table having a cuppa and admire the beautiful sea view (luckily, the sky was clear so we could watch the mesmerising sunrise). There's a free parking in the street. The location is perfect as it's just a 10min walk away from the lively centre of Cleethorpes or if you prefer long and quiet strolls along the beach, turn right and you could walk for miles (on the sand or along the paved path).

No storage facilities in the second bedroom. Bedroom windows were old and impossible to open slightly, tjey were either wide open or closed

Location was perfect
The damp was bad. Smell got into all our belongings. It was not clean, the plates were so dirty. Kettle not cleaned.the sink in kitchen was dirty.Toilet had a very loud noise when flushed. Floors were dirty. We weren't happy.it was not pleasant.

Situated close to everything
Advertising parking but only on street so checking in at 3pm I had to park a 15 minutes walk away in a pay and display and then go back at 8pm to retrieve the car to be able to park closer .Bed in 2nd bedroom uncomfortable .

Cental to beach ⛱️ and restaurants........plus close to sup shop for paddleboarding.....
Shower abit temperamental........plus table had loads wax spillage on it in living room.......noticed on arrival.........

The location was perfect everything in walking distance. The house was exceptionally clean and plenty big enough for 4 😆
I couldn't really understand how to get the radiators temperature up. That's more on me not the house.

Great location.Well fitted out, clean, quiet and very comfortable, has ensuite toilet/basin in larger bedroom in addition to a bathroom.On road parking was not a problem close to property in mid april.Milk supplied in fridge on arrival, and tea/coffee

The property was in excellent location, big enough for a family of six.
I would say this property has the potential to be an amazing seaside apartment with a few minor changes & a couple of upgrades on small appliances. The property had great security to the front of the property but did feel a little unsafe with the old back door, especially with children.

Location was a plus, but the apartment itself turned out to be great, too. Functional, very comfortable, and ideal for us. The Kitchen was very well equipped and lovely to cook in. The beds were very comfortable and there was good wardrobe space.
The hallway to the apartment was a little dark and a bit shabby but the apartment more than made up for it. We tended to cone and go from the back door after that. Also, the window blind fell off in the bathroom

The location as good.
Heater in lounge did not come on at night and we were cold throughout the stay at night. Could not use en-suite toilet as made horrific noises on flushing. so had to travel to other end of property in night to use the bathroom, so as not to disturb residents above. Tried contacting Apex serviced apartments 3times but no one answered. Had booked four nights stay but left on the morning of the third.

The flat was clean , cosy and warm , the bed was extremely comfortable and the view was amazing .
The toilet in the en suite was noisey when flushed and when my daughter had a bath we didn't have hot water till morning .

The flow of water from the shower is quite slow.
The parking around the apartment is very busy and therefore difficult to find a space nearby.
The pillows in the bedroom are quite hard.
The cupboard door in the kitchen was not fixed securely and was left hanging by just one bracket.

Perfect location, close to the main road and beach, but still quiet at night. More spacious than we thought, plenty of room and provided everything what we needed. Really enjoyed playing with the board games.
The toilet in the ensuite was a bit noisy at every flush.

The whole place was very clean and it is extremely close to the beachfront. Would be a lovely stay in the summer. The communication and gaining access was good.
The heating wasn't great and had to use 2 duvets to stay warm at night. The noise from the pub next door was disturbing and as a lone female slightly unnerving. The road parking was extremely busy.

This was a mother/daughter trip, and so two very different age groups, but happily it suited us both, the location was exceptional, the beds were luxury, I've not slept that late in ages, the room set up was good, it was great to see the views over the Humber , we would certainly use it again and recommend it , and the tea/coffee/sugar/milk and biscuits was an added extra touch, so thank you
It took a little while to sort the dvd player out, but all good once sorted, no complaints

Great location right across road from beach. Good access to local transport, buses and land train. Comfortable place to stay. Easy connection to Wi-Fi. Great response to service request.
No mention bar next door when I booked, not major problem but would have been nice to know.
Tourist information would have been good but none was provided. Looks like there might be a small patch of damp in front bedroom in corner near en-suite on wallpapered wall. Couldn’t open all windows.

Noise from the adjacent Irish pub was a bit loud on Saturday night but finished promptly at closing time.

The apartment had everything we needed. It’s well located. It was clean and well-equipped, and very good value. Tea/coffee / biscuits etc were provided – that was a nice touch. Owners provide good info about the apartment in advance.
The Apartment is on a fairly busy road: so at the front of the house (living/dining room) you are aware of that. Bedrooms are at the back, so noise wasn’t a problem. Beds were firm but comfortable, and pillows and bedding were comfortable.
When we weren’t out and about, we loved sitting in the living room watching the tide come in and out of the estuary, and watching the shipping etc. TV has a good picture, was easy to use. Wifi signal is strong.
Check in/Check out is via a key safe, and that worked easily. . On street parking is free. We visited in June, and found it easy to park very close to the apartment.
