Hotel went above me beyond to help us. Perfect location and wouldn’t change anything about our trip. Excellent value for money. Would consider Pestana brands when travelling to other cities

Personal preference but my pillows were too soft. Reception did try and locate me a firmer pillow but they were all in use. Tiny tiny detail and it would not stop me booking again

Nice bedroom, good size, good facilities

We didn't like the reception, bar and restaurant areas, they are quite disjointed and don't encourage you to use them.

the location

I was in the 5th floor, and still heard the cars. the bathroom had some mould, the shower gel didn’t work, and there wasn’t any shower head with hose. that’s uncomfortable. the breakfast could be better. the bread was dry. we ask for a room in the first floor, and 2 in the upper floors but they ignore that and put us on the second floor. we took some time to change that.

- Mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. - The furniture is old and the colors are uncomfortable. - Breakfast is not varied. - The staff in the restaurant does not speak English well.

great location, Morden inside without taking away the history of the building

felt sorry for the staff particularly tin the restaurant, they did there best, and I must commend Rita who was always there for the guests. cannot understand why there were 5 staff behind reception when there are only 2 check in stations, 3 staff working the restaurant most of the time at this was very busy, the rooms were not cleaned until the afternoon, and again short staffed. management you need to sort your staffing levels out and support the staff. this is our 2nd visit and we experienced the same issues

location near every where

the house keeping ignoring to clean the room and there is no toilet paper and the bathroom sink the color change to yellow no cleaning

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in a historic glamorous building and its location is ideal to explore old town Porto.
