Location is great, walking distance to everything. Staff are awesome and the owner is so helpful and friendly - mapped out all the bus routes and never hesitated to help where he could.

Room is quite small so there is minimal space if you have more than one suitcase. There are no cups to have a drink but that not the end of the world as you can get some from the supermarket down the road.

The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly&helpful. The room was clean and comfy, a/c was working fine and it had a rather large balcony.

Wifi was weak and the walls were very thin that you can hear every sound from other rooms very clearly which was kind of disturbing especially at nights and very early in the morning.

We arrived later than expected, around midnight but Aratos could not have been more helpful. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the location just a few minutes walk from the port.

Great place to stay, close to the port, close to a nice beach, and close to the city center of Parikia. The place itself is spacious with a balcony, a large 2-person bed and a single-person bed. It does contain a fridge, but it made some noise, so during the nights we turned it off. The balcony is great for chilling in the mornings during breakfast. The bathroom had everything we needed. The host was also great, he gave us great tips and tricks for places to visit on the island, and we could ask for anything if in need. Hard-working gentleman that does it's work with a smile. Highly recommended place to stay in Siros.

Great location and the room was clean. The staff were lovely and super helpful. We only asked where would be a great place to rent a car when we checked out, the staff at the front desk picked up the phone straightaway and said he would call a few car rental stores to check the availability and compare the prices for us. Within 5 min, we got a car ready for us to pick up at a reasonable price. We left our luggage there and came back to pick up the luggage with the rented car, the staff even helped us move the luggage to where the car parked, and said we could call him if we had any problem. He had definitely gone above and beyond for the customers. We were very happy with the services and would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was a bit noisy as the room was very close to the street, and people could literally walk passed by the balcony. Phone and WiFi signal were bad in the room but okay in the garden.

Our room was not as described on Booking.com. We booked a double room with a balcony. The room had neither. It looked like the only one in the whole property which didn't have a balcony. Also the sound proofing from the corridor was not great. Some lads came back in the early hours and it sounded like they were in our room.

Breakfast was basic, but good value. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Room size was ok, but the bathroom and shower were very small.

Spyros and his wife was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, e.g. Changing a mattress, sharing bus time table, sharing what to explore on the island, booking boat tickets, suggesting restaurants etc.

wifi connection was quite poor in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. And close to a lot of activities.

Note: Both of these items are out of the control of the staff and hotel. 1. The wifi IN the room was terrible. I think because of the thick cement walls. Because once I opened the door and walked out into the courtyard area I had a very strong signal. So to do any kind of continuous internet stuff I needed to be in the courtyard. 2. The television signal was poor and the last day I was there it was out completely. Thus no TV. Again these two items are out of the control of the hotel and staff.

Family hotel 3 mins walk from the city center, while in a quiet place and almost on the beach. Very friendly hotel staff, we did feel their hospitality and they did satisfy all our needs. We enjoyed their breakfasts on the terace - served, but many many items and more than enough of everything. You can also get a great Frappe or other drinks in a small hotel bar. We arrived before noon time - before check in time - but did get our rooms quickly. Nearby there is a bakery as also a big supermarket and many restaurants and gyros places for any budget.

Staff was beyond friendly and nice

Overall - I feel like our stay here was a bit disappointing and the only reason for this is the room. The staff was beyond friendly and provided a welcoming environment. However with our room, we had three single beds for two people instead of 1 double. This made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the AC unit was quite loud. It would make crackling sounds and some point, leak water (which unfortunately soaked our luggage beneath it), and squeak. This provided for a noisy environment. The AC unit in particular soaking some of our clothes was highly irritating. The bathroom was also a bit small, humid/dirty, and would flood everytime we showered due to the shower curtain being a little too short. Just wanted to provide some feedback on our experience. Not sure if it was just our room, but it put a damper on our stay in what was a beautiful area in Paros. Thanks!
