Excellent location. Quiet street only 200m from the Spanish Steps. Small property of only 5 rooms. The Suite room was a fantastic size and very comfortable for 3 adults.

La ubicación excelente! 1 min literal de Plaza España y parada de metro.
La habitación muy bonita, grande y limpia.
La ducha muy espaciosa y con buena potencia de salida de agua.
El chico que nos atendió,muy servicial y amable.
El día de nuestra llegada, nos dieron la opción de dejar las maletas guardadas y a la hora del check in, nos dejaron las maletas en nuestra habitación.

L’établissement est situé dans une rue très connue de Rome et proche de l’ultra-centre touristique. Les chambres sont bien.
Absence de personnel pour des services basiques comme le petit déjeuner, commander un taxi pour l’aéroport. Ascenseur en panne pendant toute la durée du séjour. Salle de bain exiguë.

Meu marido disse que não havia elevador, mas elevador tinha sim, nós é que não usamos, então, nao sei afirmar se estava funcionando ou não. O frigobar não gela, fica mais na temperatura de 13 graus celsius. Não ha recepção no hotel, logo, tudo o que você precisar deverá solicitar com antecedência via whatsapp

Beautiful indoors and had everything inside the room!
The elevator was so small only my luggage could go up and I had to walk up the stairs and meet my luggage on the second floor!

Location is perfect!! Very nice quiet street, far from the tourist crowded parts of the city but 2 blocks away from all stores and nice coffee shop. I found it very centric near to main attractions of Rome. The room was great, very nice decoration, cleanliness and view. I would definetly come back.
Only thing that would make me give 10/10 to the property is that staff is not present on site. Two times we had to meet with staff to pay city tax and consumption and staff was late (30 min) and second time never arrived. However, comunication via whatsapp was very fluid.

Property was okay, the ceilings were little old, and the paint was old. Rooms were okay as per the price. The staff who was communicating with us was little rude but the cleaning staff which came was very helpful and nice. The lift was not working, we had to carry out luggage without any help. Moreover we were not informed before regarding it.

Location is quite and perfect. Loved the staff there from the customer service to the housekeeper. Specially the one who was taking care of my room. Definitely will revisit it.

Really enjoyed the location - just a three-minute walk to the Spanish Steps! The authentically spacious room with beautifully painted ceiling and a view of the charming Italian street was delightful!

The room was gorgeous, decorated very well with a comfy bed. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The sofabed was very uncomfortable. Room was noisy and every time anyone on the floor used water a loud pump would start in our bathroom.

I booked this for my Daughter while she was in Rome celebrating her 21st birthday. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful with helping me organise a cake and balloons for the actual day. Diego, & Desiree were fantastic with their prompt communications and their helpfulness. My daughter loved the hotel. Great location, comfy beds and was just perfect.

The hotel is really clean. It’s situated in a great location close to tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets. Although its close to tourist attraction, the street on which the hotel is situated is quiet safe and clean.
We had a great time at the hotel.
The elevator is pretty small and barely fits one bag. But the hotel is situated on the second floor and wasn’t tiring to take the stairs during our stay. We only ever used the elevator for our luggage.

Amazing property, amazing location. Very clean. Safe and quiet street. Very accessible to tourist attractions, supermarkets, taxi stand, shops.
The king room had a shower which was outside the bathroom and see through. This would be inconvenient for friends traveling together. The superior king room didn’t have that issue. So make sure to select the bigger room if you’re a bigger family or traveling with friends.

A beautifully decorated room in a beautiful location.
Was surprised that there wasn’t a front desk but found the access was easy and communication was great.
