They failed to mention it was on the fourth floor , only said it was top floor we knew there was no lift I messaged prior to arriving asking what floor it was on but didn’t get a reply. Oversight by me when booking fine for younger people , we are fit 60+ but with our suitcases it was hard going.the property needs an update and refresh ,the bed was rock hard which didn’t help my sore back only had AC in bedroom rest of apartment was very hot no block out curtains in any room which got the hot morning sun so you had to get out early as it was cooler out than in . No kitchen essentials like a tea towel to dry cups etc , compared to other apartments we have stayed in around Italy I say it rated the lowest when your a international traveller it would be nice for at least tea or coffee bags supplied even UHT milk would be good.the shower drain kept blocking up too. I could go on but I think you all get the picture.

I liked the location, it was excellent. could not be closer to metro, shops and famous sights.

The flat was advertised with a capsules coffee machine on pictures. So i was prepared and bought some capsules with me as it was important for my morning routine, however, there was no capsules machine in the kitchen. There were some capsules, but no machine. I sent a text message about it, but did not get any response. The flat was advertised with free amenities, like shower bath or soaps, but we get only 1 small mini-soap and 1 mini sachets of showergel per head for 5 days. What a petty attitude it is! When someone is travelling with a hand luggage only, cannot bring a whole bottle of shower bath gel. I am sure that many of travellers bought these procucts and left them in the flat, so the owner should have left them in the appartment for others to use it free. The bed mattress is not comfortable, we felt the spring.

Amazing location host was friendly and helpful. Beautiful restaurants on the door step.

the location was excellent

we arrive after 4pm and the apartment had still not been cleaned: there are 92 stairs to climb to reach the apartment. there was no way of making a hot drink as kettle did not work and even though the host did being another kettle that also did not work and we had to go and buy matches to light the stove as there was no way of lighting it to boil water.
