Delightful continental breakfast provided as part of the room rate. Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches of including fresh milk and butter. There was plenty of variety as well! The beautiful decorations were amazing, specially for Christmas. I also loved the view to the beautiful hills outside with binoculars to watch all the birds. Communication with Chloe was fantastic too.

The Hutch was a home away from home. Chloe was lovely and welcoming and left lots of little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. We had everything we could have possibly needed and the views were amazing. Our only regret was that we only booked for 2 nights.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. All the reviews we had looked at reflect the accommodation completely. The accommodation was large, clean, comfortable and bright. We also loved all of the additional touches from our welcome board to the beautiful wine and nibbles and all the additional attentions to detail throughout the accommodation. We received such a warm welcome from Chloe. It is evident that hosting is her passion and she wants her guests to have the best stay. Her information book talking is so detailed and gives you so much about the local area and great places to see and explore as well as eat. My husband and I could not fault the place. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back in the not too distant future. Thanks again Chlke for making our stay so enjoyable. X

There was nothing not to like. Chloe had thought of everything and it is obvious that she wants her guests to have the perfect time and beautiful and comfortable surroundings.

Warm welcome from the host who met us with the keys. We had been left milk, bread, biscuits and butter as well as a bottle of wine and breakfast cereals along with tea and coffee. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Lounge was bright and comfy with a flat screen TV which had netflix, disney and freeview for us to use. Washer dryer was not expected, but was useful. Towels were lovely and fluffy, good quality. Kitchen was well equipped and a little dining table and balcony with dining table was very useful too. If we were in the area in the future we would definitely book again.

There was nothing of the property not to like, everything was catered for and of a great standard. There was not much locally to walk to.

Absolutely loved the Hutch very cosy and very much like home. We felt so comfortable and it is in an amazing location with Exmouth and Exeter in easy reach. The lamb pub near the Hutch served amazing and high quality food. We both enjoyed ourselves so much we will definitely rebook
