Leaking water under the floor, as a result wet bag and clothes.

Comfy bed, clean room, good Wi-Fi, very good location, good staff, loved evedything. I took also my dog and he received a toy and some snacks. That was super cute and he loved that. 😍

Close to bus station.

We stayed in the guesthouss and it was one of the worst rooms I stayed in. It was abnormlay cold in the room, there was almost no sound isolation and cold wind was coming from doors

Comfy, very clean, nice stuff, amazing heating, not noisy. Everything was perfect for the price!

Nothing

Pillow so hard I couldn't rest my head on it for more than a minute, had to use spare towel as pillow. I'm not exceptionally tall, yet the bed and the covers were bit to short. Walls so thin I could hear someones snoring from my room.

Give information about the possibility of public transport from the airport to the terminal close by. That will add value to your place.

We spent only few hours in the apartment. Everything was okay. Good bus connection to the airport.

It was close to the airport and free parking. It's a good place to stay if you're coming or going to the airport by car, but a little bit far from the central city.

The rooms were small and we booked for 3 people, to parents and one child. They didn't have an extra bed or a mattress for our child, although we were willing that if they would have the emtra mattress he will sleep on the floor. It would be wise for the hotel to keep an emtra mattress.

The Hotel is really close to the metro and bus stations. The communication with the staff was great.

The room had a window facing the street, but, unlike previous comments from other guests, the noise coming from the traffic and people passing by was very tolerable. The noise that was not tolerable was the one coming from the other rooms, at 4am we could hear the other guests talking in their own rooms. It was very unpleasant. Same thing otherwise, they had to asks us to speak lower. The window I mentioned before had no blocking curtains and made fall asleep during the day a bit difficult, so if you can only sleep in the dark you might experience some difficulties. My bf ended up with a stomach flu and throw up in the exterior stairs, as he didn't make it to the room fast enough, and when I went to inform the staff about this they told me there was going to be a cleaning fee for that, which, from my point of view, is ridiculous. We had to clean it ourselves by pouring water on the stairs to avoid a fee. At the end of the stay, the experience was positive... these aspects were a bit of an inconvenience but they didn't turn our experience into a bad one.

Location near the train and metro station

Beds were very low off the ground and had an enormous pillow. I found it difficult to sleep. Perhaps I should have asked at reception but it was very late Fter a delayed flight.

The reception staff is very friendly, they help with all kinds of orientation. The rooms have everything and are very comfortable. The hotel is well located, 20 minutes from the airport, perfect for early morning and night flights.
