Předání klíčů proběhlo osobně po předchozí domluvě přes whatsapp, taktéž check-out byl velmi jednoduchý - nechali jsme klíče na stole a zabouchli dveře. Balkón byl úplně ze všeho nejlepší, byl z něj výhled úplně na všechno - býčí aréna, moře, přístav, hory, parky, katedrála, pevnost, východ i západ slunce. Ze všech místností se vstupovala na balkon francouzskými dveřmi a za postele výhled na moře. Součástí vybavení pračka i sušák na prádlo. Blízko do supermarketů, do restaurací, do centra města přes pěší tunel - do 5ti minut!! Blízko k moři i na promenádu po pláži, na ulici pod domem lékárna, která měla otevřeno snad pořád, trafika atp. Apartmán byl v šestém patře hned u výtahu. Funkční klimatizace ve všech obytných místnostech. Přidávám fotografie vstupu do domu a prostoru před výtahy, kde bylo neustále krásně uklizeno.

Jediné, co by mohlo někomu vadit podle mého názoru - hluk z ulice v průběhu celé noci, ale s tím jsme dopředu počítali, po první noci si člověk na úroveň hluku zvykne, apartmán je hned vedle rušné křižovatky. Všechna okna mají instalovány předokenní rolety, které při plném stažení místnosti taky trochu odhluční. Voda z kohoutku není pitná, je potřeba počítat s nákupem balené vody - kupovali jsme 5l kanystr.

The kettle was too close to the microwave and a bit difficult to use Also could do with a few more wine glasses

Great location, between the Port and the restaurants and the tourist district, via tunnel. Grocery shopping was within walking distance. Two bedroom apartment with huge outdoor seating area with a great view.

Wish the kitchen supplies and utensils were more friendly to use. Could only toast one side of bread, at a time. Wish we could figure out the tv and get to work.

Great location, excellent communication, spotlessly clean, plenty of space.

Small issue but really could do with providing additional towels.

We were disappointed that we had to buy things that should have been provided. There was only one trash can for a six-room unit. We had to buy trash bags, tissues, paper towels, dish cloths etc. They were not expensive but inconvenient. The host could have provided all those things for less than one-tenth of the cost of one night's stay.

It’s in a great location with a spacious balcony with great views of the bull ring the park and port. Both bedrooms and living/dining room lead onto balcony. There is is a good size TV with Netflix. The hob looked new and oven was clean. Good communication with staff and very accommodating. It’s in a nice residential building with good restaurants and cultural points of interest nearby.

This property is not luxury but is spacious. It would have been a smart apartment in it’s day. Judging by its original decor I would say 1980’s. It’s faded, worn, old fashioned and needs a complete refit. The bathroom is smelly and grout and shower grotty. Water came back up the floor drain. The dated shower is hideous and awkward and space restricted, and hot water is temperamental. We had no hot water for last 24 hrs. The microwave overheated after 30 seconds it must be 20 years old and dangerous. Patio doors don’t close or don’t open and offer no sound defence and should be replaced for ecological and security purposes. There is only one bathroom and a tiny toilet. Not sure how 5 or 7 people would cope. The toiletries were hand soap in a dispenser- that’s it. The guest bedroom has a huge walk-in wardrobe which should be converted to an ensuit. The wardrobe interiors were worn and dusty. The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sit on, there are no throws or cushions. The wall art work is amateurish and garish and not pleasant to wake up to. The bedding was cheap and worn and stained. There is 1 pillow per bed. Only one bedside lamp in double room. How much would a lamp cost.? No luxury here. No extra blankets and quilts were wafer thin and cover faded and dated. We were 3 guests paying same price as 5. I think we should have 5 towels. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person for 7 days is not luxurious. We were staying in March with poor weather and sand storms and it was difficult to dry a wash. The apartment was not clean it was dusty and the inside of bin lid was disgusting. I bought antibacterial wipes and went over everything especially the remote control which was grimy. Considering COVID this is not acceptable.
