Il s'agit d'une maison de vacances bien équipée et moderne, répartie sur trois étages. Le logement dispose de trois appartements séparés.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un sauna, une salle de sport, un bar, une salle de jeux (PS 4, fléchettes, baby-foot) et une salle de bains.
Au premier étage, cuisine, salle à manger, salon, trois chambres, deux salles de bains et balcon.
Au deuxième étage, deux appartements séparés, chacun avec cuisine, deux chambres, salle de bains et balcon.
L'extérieur est une aire de jeux pour enfants (table tenis extérieure, badminton, trampoline, balançoires ..) cuisine d'été avec deux foyers extérieurs (sur barbecue à bois et à gaz), terrasse couverte avec douche extérieure et toilettes. La maison dispose d'une piscine chauffée et d'un solarium, parfait pour tous les invités pour se réunir, manger, se détendre autour de la piscine.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need, including a garage that is stocked with bikes, paddle boards and various toys. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach and we used Ubers to travel into Split.
The owner, Krešo, was very helpful and responded to queries very quickly. He sent lots of WhatsApps to us on the first day with location links to supermarkets and restaurants nearby. He also went out of his way to help us book a private boat trip, and to track down some sun block for the little ones when we couldn’t find any in the local supermarkets.
Krešo was also very generous supplying us with a cabinet full of drinks on arrival, including some homemade wine and a bottle of his homemade olive oil as a gift.
I don’t usually visit the same place twice but it would feel criminal not to go back!

We stayed here as a group of 3 families. We meet our host when we arrived and he explained everything we needed and took us around the villa. The outdoor fridge was full of drinks for us which was a good touch.
The host then messaged us all the best places to visit for drinks and food locally.
The pool was perfect for the kids.
I would highly recommend this villa for large groups of families.

Villa Nautica was absolutely perfect for our family of 13. The villa is beautiful and very well equiped. The pool and outdoor kitchen area is very special with a gas barbecue and a wonderful variety of games equipment. Our excellent host was very welcoming and generous with drinks on our arrival and always ready to help with advice and to quick;y sort out any small problems.The villa is located with only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and and a beautiful beach area.

12 person group ages between 4-70 loved the place. Separate flats made accomodation easy when travelling with three families, little ones and bunch of teens.
Peaceful location near beach and 20min away from Split center and trogir. Food and grocery stores and bakeries only a walk away.
Cooking and dinging facilities in and out were great. Large charcoal / wood grill was real bonus.
Lots of things to do: Pool, gym, gaming room. "winebar" and even own park for the youngest. Sup boards and bikes... You name it.
Owners absolutely kind, pollite and helpful attitude was the cherry on top. Thank you Krešimir. Keep up the good work and take care.

An Amazing holiday, an Amazing house and an Amazing host.
It was our first visit to Croatia and we will definitely be back, very beautiful place and very friendly people. I wasn’t expecting it to be so residential from the VRBO pictures, but after staying there I feel it added to its charm and it’s only a few short streets walk to the sea, which you can see from the balcony’s on both floors.
Once inside the gates you feel like you are in your own private world. It’s very peaceful .
Kresimir was there to greet us and gave us a tour and a beer by the pool. Throughout our stay he was available to help with any issues or advice we needed. He was also very generous with his beer and wine.
The property is everything you see in the photos and feels more spacious.Our group ranged from19 to 80yrs and there was something for everyone!
We particularly made use of the heated pool and outside BBQ area along with the games room and gym. Our first 36 hours was a biblical storm and the games room was perfect way to relax on our first full day. The rest of the week was beautiful sunshine, pool and sightseeing days.
The No 37 bus runs regularly between Trogir and split and only costs a few euros or you can book an Uber!
We found Trogir more relaxing than split as split was much busier but does have more to see from a historical perspective. The KRKA National park is very very beautiful and worth a trip if your fit enough for the walk which includes steep stairs and paths .

Beautiful villa, incredibly accommodating hosts. Every need is catered for, from welcome drinks and ice creams, to pool towels, and snacks for the children on arrival. So much high quality equipment to keep busy with including paddle boards, bikes, games room and gym equipment. The children loved the pool and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return.

A perfect host, very clean both inside and outside, very nice swimming pool, lovely garden both for sunbathing and for shadows, well equipped kitchens both inside and outside, short distance to the beach, lots of possible activities for everyone, short distance from airport, well functioning Uber-car-system. A great house with three separate apartments perfect for an extended family stay! Playground suited for kids ages 3-8 and lots of pool toys makes for happy kids :) Host is very charming and generous!
Mind that the pool is somewhat salty so swimming googles are recommended (some are available at the property).
Location is quite nice, a short walk to beach and supermarket, and amazing ice cream! Not too many fancier restaurants nearby but for pizza and kebab you’re home.

We stayed at Villa Nautica as a group of 16 which included a toddler and a baby, both in cots.
The villa blew us away from the minute we arrived and Kresimir, our host, showed us around. There is literally everything you could possibly need and much more that you simply would never expect - so many wonderful surprises for everyone!
The way the property is set out as 3 different apartments was perfect for us and meant that the youngest members of the group could go to bed and sleep without being disturbed. The property was also extremely secure which was important for us with 7 children.
We spent most of our time lazing around the pool and the fabulous fully equipped outdoor kitchen but there was a beach within 10 minutes walk where everyone enjoyed using the paddle boards (one of the many surprises provided by Kresimir). Split annd Trogir are also within very easy reach and are both beautiful places to visit.
We would definitely stay here again (although I suspect we would have to book very early), and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a something a little bit special for a family holiday.

The villa was more than we expected, the description and pictures don't do it justice. Kreso was an amazing host and the villa well stocked when we arrived, couldn't have asked for more.
The games room and gym were fully equipped, there were 3 bars and great outdoor cooking facilities.
The garage was also fully kitted out with bikes, SUP, snorkels and all sorts of games.
The villa was in a good location with a short walk to the supermarket, pizzeria and bakery. There were 3 beach bars in short walking distance and a walkway up the coast to the other Kastella's. The villa is ideally located halfway between Split and Trogir with easy access to both on '37' bus.

the attention to detail was far and beyond anything we expected. the villa was spotless and everything you could possibly want or need was provided. the host Kresimer organised us boat trips and even picked up it was my birthday and bought us homemade cake. Have absolutely nothing negative to say we all had an amazing week and would recomnend the villa to anyone

This was the best and most luxurious house we ever lived in! Everything was perfect and the owners were very helpful and friendly. A big plus was the bikes that could take us wherever we liked. Bike is a good transportationvehicle for different stores/beaches or places. Uber is also a good option when you want to take shorter outings to places nearby.

Kreso, the owner, was great to deal with from start to finish. He answered many questions we had prior to our arrival and also during our stay. He sent us on recommendations for restaurants, places to go etc whilst there and also arranged car hire for us. His wife welcomed us personally on our arrival and showed us round the villa. They had left lots of extras such as wine, beer, fruit as well as ice-cream and sweets for the kids which was so welcome and a really lovely touch. We were a party of 14 - four families - grandparents, parents and grandchildren and every one of us was impressed with the apartments, the grounds, pool, outdoor dining, and the playground for the kids was fabulous. Loads of extras in the garage at the back of the house for both kids and adults to keep us all amused. The games room also kept the kids busy some evenings too. The situation of the villa is superb, within easy reach of the beach, marinas, access to boat trips to the islands and much more. It's 20-25 mins to the centre of Split and 15-20 mins to the Airport. Croatia is beautiful and Kreso and his family are excellent hosts.

We were 14 persons aged 6 to 49 who had a great vacation in this fantastic house.
Our expectations were high after reading all previous reviews, but still everything from house, pool, outdoor kitchen area and host was better than expected. I really hope we all will be back again in a year or two.

Villa Nautica
Villa Nautica exceeded our expectations. Kresimir was a perfect host, he met us at the property with chilled drinks, homemade lemonade and filled fruit baskets! He even provided fresh fish one evening for the grill which was delicious.
We found the villa spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed. The games room and gym provided much entertainment when it became too hot or to escape the small amount of rain we had. The pool and outdoor kitchen is where we spent most of our days, as it was a fantastic area to socialise and cook our evening meals together. The variety of games and equipment also provided much entertainment which was totally unexpected.
The only thing we would have liked was further air con in the bedrooms. The air con in the main living areas did provide enough cool air but this would have been an added bonus!
Overall this is a fantastic villa and hosted by a friendly and exceptionally helpful Kresimir. Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic week in Croatia.

Amazing house & host!!
We rented this house for nine days in July and it was absolutely amazing! The owner of the house was also amazing, so friendly & helpful! He had stocked the fridge with beer, soft drinks and homemade lemonade & freezer with ice cream when we came! And all through our stay he kept in touch, helping us if we needed anything.
We were 7 adults & 6 kids between age 3-14. Perfect size for that many people & each family had their own apartment with bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & livingroom. We spent almost all time outside in the great big pool and ate all dinners outside on the large patio. There is an outside gas BBQ and a built in BBQ as well, so perfect for outdoor cooking. The playground area for the kids had a pirate ship, mini golf course (!), trampoline, pingpong table, swings etc. There is a wine cellar, gym & gaming room in the house as well!
It took us about 5-7 min to walk to a small but nice beach. Some smaller grocery stores within walking distance and then some larger with car 5 min.
We rented cars to get around some more, the small village the house is located in is not very touristy, but only takes 30 min to drive to Split & 25 min to Trogir- so location is good. Also only 15 min from airport.
I would Highly recommend this house and we hope we will be back soon! The place is even better than the pictures :-)

As good as the photos look
I’m often sceptical when photos of a place look as good as this but it truly is as good as it looks.
The villa is modern, clean, very well equipped and has everything you need.
It was perfect for our 3 families of 6 adults and 6 children with the property split into 3 separate mini apartments.
Kreso the host was exceptionally helpful answering our queries prior to arrival, allowing us to check in early and being on hand at our arrival with fresh drinks and ice creams!
The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with small beach (stones like all Croatian beaches but clean and beautiful clear sea) and supermarkets in walking distance. It’s around a 15 minute / £15 Uber to the busier areas of Trogir (well worth a evening) and Split. There’s a couple of restaurant within walking distance but would recommend the taxi to Trogir for better dining although the villa has excellent self catering facilities.
Our week flew by and Kreso was on hand by text for any queries. Thank you for a fantastic stay whilst on holiday for a friends wedding.
Tip for other visitors... the Uber drivers often cancel on short journeys. If you message them offering to tip (only an extra 20 kunas/ £2.50) they usually accept, the rates are so cheap anyway it’s worth it.

Outstanding Villa
I cannot recommend this’s villa enough. Upon arrival, the owner met us, gave us a tour and a well needed drink after our travels. The villa is beautiful, clean and perfect for a larger group of people as it is divided in to 3 apartments. It’s equipped with everything you need. However, what really makes this villa is the owner, we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and he went above and beyond to help. It’s situated about 1/2 hour from split and a short car journey takes you up to the mountain behind, with wonderful views. Also highly recommend visiting Trogir which is also just up the road. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this property.
